What a great first time experience with NC farms. Very respectable operators w phone etiquette and our ordering experience. Our first order of plants arrived beautifully boxed and healthy plants. Our second order not so well. Something happened with our order not arriving until a week later. The plants were destroyed during shipping. But, NC farms went over and beyond to recompense! Plants always look good and shipped on date promised. Even when they had issue with one kind of pepper they communicated issues offered different solutions to resolve right away and to my satisfaction

All my basil I ordered were dead it arrived or really not even growing! Half tomatoes were out of cells and tangled mess. Half of them couldn’t be used!

Super responsive customer service. A few plants came over watered and damaged. They addressed the concern immediately and replaced them. First time ever purchasing from any wholesaler and very satisfied.

As someone who's new to planting and I wanted to start my little garden in my backyard North Carolina farms were super helpful their customer service team was great and I still have a lot of more reading and researching to do regarding planting but I am sure it will turn out to be a great success thanks NCF!

Its the first time I'd ordered from NC Farms. My experience was exceptional, it arrived in perfect condition and on the date promised. Even the delivery person was helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

They do an incredible job, growing veg seedling and shipping them and were so willing to be flexible when I needed a slight adjustment of the shipping date. Generally, I think they are a great service, unfortunately, the broccoli I ordered arrived with a bunch of them having fallen out of the cell, and did not do so well after, and I couldn’t save them. That was hard because couldn’t help thinking about the chunk of money I’d spend to get them.

I am so pleased with this plant farm. They have wonderful customer service and excellent plant quality. Shipping damage was bad on my first order and they MORE than made it right. I have no concerns about ordering from now on, they have a customer for life!

Very well packed nothing was busted up unlike another company I used this year . Prices are good guailty overall was good .Happy with what I received.

Two of my seedling trays arrive damaged. One tray had almost all of the seedlings unsavable. There were no other seedlings available to replace them so I had to go with a different type of plant that was only available in a larger size (100 instead of 250). This left me with nothing to take its place and I was only credited with 35 of the larger plant size.

Great product delivered on time

Best place for getting starters. Great flower choices, nice product and very little damaged product. We order last fall and asked for a ship date of 4/15/24 and received the flowers on the 17. Now that is service!!!! We plant these in lager pots, put them in our greenhouse and by Mothers day, they will be in full bloom.

I was concerned about the price compared to my other suppliers but the size of the plugs more than made up for difference in price. I would have liked to know a little sooner about the back ordered plants than when I opened the box but that can be dealt with.

The plants were probably in great shape when shipped. I have had other deliveries that was wonderful. The delivery person left my box sideways. I was only able to save about 20% of plants. I am hoping for a better outcome on my next shipment.

I lost about half the plants they sent me. For example I ordered 150 butterfly bushes. They only shipped 50 and the 100 rest on backorder in the meantime you have 3 days for refunds and I lost all butterfly bushes by day 5. When they went to ship the 100 left from backorder they canceled AGAIN due to crop failure yet didn't refund me my lost crop that they knew was no good. So I canceled the rest 100 and got other items. I lost coleus 250 of them, I lost 500 cherry tomatoe, 250 snapdragon candy showers etc all within 5 days of recieving and past 3 they won't do a thing. Terrible I don't think I'll be ordering from here again. They broke my business this year not helped me!!!
