North Carolina Farms has an easy to navigate website, complete with pictutes and availability, which makes ordering simple. I was very pleased with the health and size of my plug liners. The plants were well packaged and delivered as expected.

So this was the first time ordering from North Carolina Farms, I ordered the Rosemary, Which are plants when they arive. So I didn't know what to expect. I was extremly pleased when I got my order. The plants are all healthy and now are starting to grow. Very pleased and will be ordering again.

This is just my second order from NC Farms but I love the quality of the baby plants I get. I also love that they sell directly to me and not through a broker. It’s so easy. I’m a very small operation just getting into the greenhouse business but I needn’t look anywhere else for plants or supplies. They are also great to answer questions and provide directional videos to make success easy.

Quality plants and friendly service.

The first shipment we picked up was great quality, but this week many of the plugs were under-developed and we couldn't wait to come back and pick them up 2-3 weeks later. Also the pick up situation seemed confusing to our staff. We would probably have them delivered in the future. I think there might have been a circumstance that affected your crop timing, which is understandable. We really want to stay local and improve our relationship by ordering earlier and hopefully continue buying from NC Farms.

My first order arrived. Yea! The e-mails before the arrival were delightful. The e-mails kept me up to date when I can expect delivery. Brian, the guy who packed my order did a wonderful job. The packing was terrific. But best of all, each plant I ordered was in excellent condition. I will continue ordering from North Carolina Farms!

Most of the cuttings I ordered were perfect. However, one variety (about 200 cuttings) are so small they will never grow. I am so sad for the plant and a waste of money. Also one package of my pots were covered in rust when I received them. I contacted customer service but never got a call back. I'm not sure if I'll be doing anymore ordering through NC Farms.
