Some plants in each plug tray were dry, wilted, there were 10 to 12 in each plug tray that were not in the plug hole.

The trays were really wet and since UPS is not always careful handling the package ,80 percent of the plants was tumbling around in the box.F the trays are more dry, the plants stick better in the little pots.

Ordering was easy. 2 plants were unavailable at the time of shipping and to my surprise they texted me to notify me which is so much fast than emailing!! Overall great 1st time experience with ordering!

Every year the Lakelands Master Gardeners teach transplantation in October -- and we purchase our plugs from North Carolina Farms. The qualityof the plants is excellent and the customer service is absolutely second to none! What a great place!

I've ordered twice with NCF and I've not been let down either time. I greatly appreciate an actual person texting me when a problem arose with my order!! It was settled very quickly and I was happy with the results. I will only order my plants from NCF. Thanks guys!

My plugs came completely destroyed in shipping. While I understand this is at no control of N. Carolina Farms, I believe it's important for you to know that 20% of the flowering kale plugs are salvageable and 30% of the flowering cabbage may survive. The box was crushed and the plugs were completely dislodged from the trays. Lastly, while I understand they were 270 trays and juvenile to begin with, the plants were not even rooted in prior to shipping. I think we received them too rushed. Had they been rooted in appropriately prior to shipping, they likely would have survived the terrible shipping conditions.

Plants arrived on time and very well packaged... The hybrid lavender plants are of excellent quality and have taken to transplant well. Some disappointment in the size of the Munstead lavender but they gave a generous amount and the transplant on them as been ok so far

The whole experience ordering was easy and I got updates periodically up until everything was shipped and I had my tracking number. Once the order arrived, the plants looked better than I expected. I am beyond pleased with my purchase (several varieties of lavender)
