Plants looked good and healthy upon arrival

This a second year I'm ordering garden mums plugs. They came nicely packed. Accept the ones which was two trays in a box. It's not as bad as last year,(so I didn't want to bother you with exchange). It looks like that they had to much wiggle room and getting more damaged.

North Carolina Farms - you rock. BUT FedEx you are being put on notice. The next time you take my plants on a side trip to Six Flags and the Texas Tornado, I am going to turn your region supervisor to toast. You need to learn to read arrows. I know that you can track this package and know who the responsible parties are. This last shipment was turned upside down several times and I lost 1/2 my plants. I pay over $100 for shipping per order. FedEx you better start taking better care of my plants.

Plants are packed so well for transplant. They arrive fast and very healthy. It's easy to order, their site is very easy to navigate. Their videos on you tube give you great information on how to plant and take care of your plants. I can't say enough about how great their company is.

North Carolina Farms stood behind their plants! UPS did a terrible job with the shipping process, but North Carolina Farms made sure I was a happy customer and went FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND. Great customer service!

It look like a lot of the mum plugs had been pinch. I figure it was to control the height of the plugs but they were very inconsistent. Some of the plugs were pinched extremely short. I hope it doesn't cause a problem later on.
