The Munstead plugs were a lot smaller than I was anticipating. Several of them got tossed around during shipment and were not salvageable. The Phenomenal and Hidcote plugs were a reasonable size.

This was my first year with the greenhouse business and they were super helpful and patient. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Everything is as expected: email communication comes on time, shipping is speedy, quality and pricing is unmatched. I had to call once and the customer service was also outstanding.

Things arrived on time but this year for the first time there were a few "issues" -- nothing tragic, but I was used to perfection from NC Farms! (1) The Lamium were very scraggly and there was an entire row of 7 missing. They were very dry. (2) The coleus were likewise very scraggly and very dry. On the other hand the Heuchera were gorgeous little plants/much bigger than usual and the mums always are great. I love your Petchoas and they, too, were beautiful little plants. All in all, pretty good.

All the basil starts were extremely small and fell out of their cells during transport. Hoping the 500 Strawberry plants I ordered aren't tiny starts, as I could have just started them from seed myself.

80% of the plugs were either knocked out of their trays or snapped off. I'm sure this occured during shipping, but there were no stickers on the box indicating delicate, or which side was up and other companies I've used always cover the trays with a mesh netting to hold the plugs in should they be turned upside down. The plants them selves look good but only about 20% were salvaged.

When the lavender came they were beautiful!

Packaging, the correct amount of plants. Following thru with delivery and the email alerts of when they are shipping. Priceless in my opinion

Arrived in wonderful condition!!

First shipment had some issues but customer service was all over it. The challenges were overcome and I am pleased with the flowers and the wonderful NC Farms response to my communications/concerns.

1. You were out of an item that I had ordered 3 months prior 2 delivery was delayed (not your fault) by 5 days. 3 box was delivered on its side, causing all the plugs to be dislodged, broken and mixed up beyond recognition, (again, not your fault)

All of the basil died once repotted. Tomatoes are fine but I had to add my own amendments

the website is very user-friendly. and the growing info is helpful. i have been ordering for several years and have been more than happy. the last order was damaged in transit, and customer service was responsive to deal that issue. i will be loyal customer well into the future.

I ordered several trays of flowering plants. All arrived in decent shape. The only product I was less than happy with was the tray of marigolds. They were extremely leggy and I’m not sure I will be able to use them for sales. I would definitely not order marigolds again and I hope to be able to salvage enough from the order to get may money back.

I was in a pickle and these plugs saved our project! They arrived on time and were healthy. Will definitely use this company again!
