Just received my order and was very disappointed that part of it was unavailable. All that I did receive are beautiful! I was very upset and disappointed and called right away. I was given a very good explanation and apology and now understand it was an unavoidable situation. Thank you for the beautiful plants!

Ordering was really easy, and the delivery was fantastic. I had plenty of notice, everything was packed well, and the plants looked amazing.

Plants were a week late. Some varieties we’re almost rootless , others were long and leggy Had to sub plants for others and we’re lots !!!! of plant out of cell plugs. The only thing nice was the lady on the phone. First time and last. It is what it is.

Great communication, very well packaged and delivery was quick. They send quite a few updates before during and after delivery if you are receiving live plants. So you know exactly when to be ready. The many years of experience they have really shows. I received my plug starts 2 weeks ago, and so far I've lost 0 out of many hundreds. It's a big stress relief working with such a reliable company you can count on.

All the plug plants were firmly rooted, well watered for shipment and packaged so few came loose from their cell (carriers have a tendency to tilt the box). Very happy with the results.

plants arrived in good condition. Some where along the shipping route, FedEx moved them from air freight to ground. Took 6 days to arrive but all came thru just fine.

I ordered 9 trays of assorted herb plugs. They came on time. Looked great. And after resetting in 4" pots have doubled in size in a weeks time. Well Done North Carolina Farms.
