I've really appreciated the ease of ordering and the quality from North Caroline Farms. Every year I've ordered herbs, including the Grower's Choice Assorted Herbs, and loved the variety that comes. This year I picked out more specific herb varieties that I wanted, and still wanted to get the assorted herbs. A lot of what I had ordered was then duplicated in the assorted herbs that were sent, which will discourage me from ordering as much in the future.

The driver was great. Our plants were scheduled to be delivered in the middle of a snowstorm and our driver let us lnow he was changing his schedule. Our plants we delivered at midnight before the snow started falling. They are safe and warm in the green house! Thank you!

I ordered supplies for seed starting (Ellepots) They arrived quickly and in perfect shape.

I stumbled across North Carolina Farms by doing a Google search. BEST DAY EVER! Everything I ordered was perfectly packaged and in perfect shape when they arrived to very cold Western Maryland. They are a delight to work with! I even called to personally thank them; you don't find companies and employees with products like this very much anymore. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I will definitely be ordering more rooted plugs from them.

All product I have received from, North Carolina Farms, has been well rooted and of good size and not overgrown. Good job!

Lantana cuttings were damaged and broken but that may have been due to FedEx employees. The invoice was incorrect due to substitutions that cost less than the original order. Plant tags for the plants that were not available were packed with the shipment and included in my invoice.

FAST shipping and reasonable shipping cost!

Everything was fine except our plants were all tossed around and in rough shape when they arrived. Need better way to pack them.

The plants look fantastic. My only issue was that I did not get any confirmation by email as I asked twice in two separate phone inquiries. Would not stop me from buying again!

Good service, good product.

The bottom layer of my succulents were smashed and broken all over. Also a huge hole in the box (possibly by fed ex- because they are horrible) but where the hole was I had 4-5 plants that weren't even plants anymore.

Plugs arrived on time ,and were Beautiful. We cant wait to see them grow
