Absolutely great service and great products (yes they came later but during this time I am thankful that their website is open and they are accepting orders) People that are not satisfied with them they should live on another planet especially during these difficult times. Similarly I placed an order for £130 and heard nothing about the status of my order from Nina Thakrar who I discovered is the owner of Turmeric and Honey after looking her up on LinkedIn. I threatened to expose her to media colleagues in TV news and filed a claim through PayPal. She replied - leaving a voicemail for me - and refunded me within two hours.

I haven't received my goods. They didn't reply to my email asking when it would be dispatched. I now see that a lot of other people have had the same experience. I am about to report them.

I made an order 3 months ago. I didn't receive it and they won't reply to my emails. It has been two months that I ask for a refund!

Scammers Please keep away from this company! They take your money and product does not arrive. Cannot contact them; they do not reply to email and reply on 0800 number on their site.

Ordered two products, received only the cheaper one. No info was sent about whether it was out of stock or back ordered. Have emailed several times with no response at all. No refund of the over 40 pounds due. If you want your money stolen, this is the company for you.

Awful. I ordered 12 tubes of gum online, and received one tube in the post having been charged the full £29.88 plus postage. I left four telephone messages over four days asking someone to contact me but nobody bothered. Issue still not resolved.

I was slightly hesitant about using this company as I hadn't heard of them before. I was searching for a particular product online (hair dye) and this website offered it much cheaper than available elsewhere (even cheaper than amazon). It took about about 10 days to arrive. I have to say I am delighted with my purchase - it was packaged well in a sturdy cardbox box (not over-packaged like amazon - sorry to keep comparing!!), I was obviously delighted with the price I paid and I am very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use this website again for this particular brand/product and I can recommend T&H from my own personal experience.

I ordered a product in Feb 2018.not in stock so cancelled order. since then I have jumped through a lot of hoops all yo no avail. I have spoken to a woman who says she is Nina Thakrar (the owner of Turmericandhoney.co) !! on the telephone,sent her e-mails but all to no avail. I think I have joined a long line of disgruntled and poorer clients. The `Lady` is unscrupulous.

scam website - the phone number is a call center, they don't answer emails. I didn't receive my item and it's impossible to have a refund.

Void the company, very bad service. imposible to reach someone to talk to, after they called me back said they send item already 1st class mail when in the email says 2nd. I have never received email confirming the postage although in confirmation email says that I will receive email confirming postage. Waiting for refund, reading other persons coment looks like I’ll never receive it

Awful company. Avoid at all costs. Purchased a product that they no longer sell and 2 months on still no refund. Owner of the company does not answer telephone calls and has stopped repsponding to emails.
