This is my second time with this company. They never respond to phone calls, neither emails. I paid for my order, have no updates. Tried to contact them, no response. This is unbelievable, I contacted them in August, then decided to write my TrustPilot review, as you see per their answer, it has taken them almost until October to respond!

After ordering twice from the T&H shop I stumbled upon terrible reviews on here. Made me a bit nervous as I was expecting shipment confirmation and was wondering if I get mugged or if it is a genuine retailer. To my delight my order arrived shortly and I now made few more orders which were a good quality, long expiry date etc. I take a star off as think that shipment could be faster and website needs a little bit more up to date. Otherwise, will continue to shop with confidence.

Having read the bad reviews, I was concerned but the actual service, delivery and price were all of the highest standard. I ordered 4 items on Sunday the 2nd May and they arrived this morning, the 4th May. Interestingly, the company name on the parcel was The Natural Dispensary which when you look it up has a 5* rating.

I have ordered several items, have been charged in full. Received some of them, with note, that one 'to follow'. Had to chase it up for several weeks (excuse was that item is still at customs and there are delays...), requested refund, got £1.87 instead of £7.99 back. Avoid them!

Not an ideal first experience shopping with this company. I had ordered from them because the vitamins I needed were out of stock everywhere else. Order was placed 24 March and only arrived on 14 April. Turns out the item was indeed out of stock with them too but I never received any correspondence to warn me of delays. Had to go through the tiresome process of e-mailing and telephoning a few times to get to the bottom of it. Was also given a few inaccurate dates to expect delivery by. All correspondence have been polite and on occasions when there was no answer on the phone, they did kindly ring back. To improve customer confidence, I feel this company could improve on their customer service and not mislead with listing products which are out of stock and then not informing customers of potential delays.

I ordered a 1kg A Grade Canadian Maple Syrup on the Turmeric & Honey website in the 16th Feb 2021 and it cost me £23.59 and to this day I haven’t received it. I emailed them and all they said was to check my junk mail but it was only the email saying I registered on their website. That’s it! No details that I ordered anything. I emailed them again and they replied saying it has been dispatched and to check junk mail again. Nothing. This company feels super dodgy to me. I am so grateful I ordered the 1 item. I will definitely be buying my A Grade Syrup from another website and read the reviews beforehand. If I could give this company zero stars and just write this review I would. If this company is scheming I tell you now it’s going to bite you right back very soon. I have been reading other reviews and you have stolen their money. Not refunding people back. You deserve what’s coming! UPDATE: I contacted my bank about the transaction with Turmeric and Honey and my bank refunded it back into my account. I gave them information about the company and how dodgy it is and they refunded me the next day. Amazing!

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Nina is definitely a Scam Artist, please do not order from this company, I am a genuine Customer. I ordered items on their Website in December, it said in stock and the amount I ordered were over £900. I received a call from Nina to say she thought the items were in stock but not all quantities. I asked her to send me the amounts she had of the same item and refund the remaining amount which was over £700. I called her numerous times and like everyone else here, she never calls you back or responds to your emails. I will be reporting her to trading standards as until this day, she has still not refunded the money and now I will report it as Fraud to my bank. I kick myself for not reading the reviews before I purchased. Nina, you messed with the wrong person!

I purchased some Salvestrol platinum 90 capsules from them as when I searched for the product they they came up on the Google is the cheapest as it was on special offer at a very big discount then I read these reviews... After reading these reviews I was extremely concerned but I thought there’s nothing I can do let’s wait-and-see. I’m very pleased to say that a few days later the product arrived exactly as described with a long expiry date all in all the service was of a good standard and I would purchase from them again, unfortunately not this product as it is no longer on special offer so I will be looking elsewhere but in general no hesitation to use again or recommend.

Well, I cut one star because I had some communication issues in the last week where I was trying to reach them to order a product that seemed to be in stock on their website yet there was no option to add to basket and instead there was a number to place the order. I called them for 3 consecutive days to place the order, then the machine asked me to give my order number!?!? How could I give an order number that I didnt even have. I thought I dialed the wrong section after calling, so I tried literally each of them. I have left my name and phone number for them to get back to me, nobody has called me back in the last two days although they promised they would get back to me within 24 hours. I then emailed them the product I wanted to buy, they sent me several different links to try, and finally the last one worked! I appreciate their effort via emails but their phone service does not work well, to be honest. I had used their website before and did not come across any issue, not sure if it is related with pandemic...

Easily the worst and scammiest company on the internet! I ordered a product from them and was then told it’s not in stock AFTER they’d taken my money. If you’re able to stay calm and resolve the issue with the bank, you might well get the money back. What amazes me is how people like this are still able to do what they do day after day! All I can say is Karma is real and thus the Universe will balance things out eventually!

I want to ensure no one else experience this poor service. I placed an order with Turmeric and honey for probiotic shampoo. I ordered x3 bottles as their online shop indicated they had x4 in stock. On the 27th November 2020, I still did not have my order or refund. I asked myself how it is possible that they take the money when the shipment/order have not been sent out?? I enquired about my order and was told they did not have the stock. I requested a refund. Today is the 5th January 2021. I still do not have money back or the products I ordered. This feels like I have been tricked out of almost £80. I even called the company; but there was no answer.

They never get back to me on the same order, promised to call me back, but nothing happened. Its a spam.

Avoid!! Terrible business ethics. Still waiting for a refund!

I ordered some hard to find items. Part of the order came almost immediately, the remainder came in a few days. They didn’t make it clear that some items were shipped separately, which caused me some concern after I read some of the reviews here, but I did receive everything, and it was well packed with good expiration dates.

Judging from other reviews [ - that I read to late], this company should be held accountable for its questionable business practices. I have items I never received despite re assurances they would arrive. It really should not be allowed. What can I add to the many who have been 'caught' DO NOT shop here.

Horrible experience with this brand . I ordered something which was in stock however wrote to them 3 times and all I got was the product will be dispatched shortly but never received it even after 11 days .I never received any updates on the dispatch or what was happening with my order . I paid extra for a quick delivery too. Very poor experience and will never recommend them ever and will not be doing business again with them .

I ordered a bottle of vitamin d/k2 mix two days ago that i found was out of stock everywhere I checked apart from this company. Never ordered from them before but looked ok. Like others I didn’t get an order confirmation, which I thought was odd, so did a search and found the poor reviews. Oh dear, I thought, that’s that then. I was surprised and pleased when it turned up this morning, well bubble wrapped. Thank you to the company for processing that order so quickly, especially as I only have a couple of days of doses left in my old bottle. Much appreciated.

Ordered from here in October, received my order within a few days, product seems of good quality. I've just gone on to reorder and they've put the price up 50%! It's the highest strength allicin I can find but I won't be ordering again out of principle, 50% increase is just daylight robbery. Judging by other reviews I was lucky to have received my order in the first place and may not have been so lucky second time round so maybe the price hike has been a blessing in disguise.

Ordered online, paid, got confirmation emails and 30 days later noting has arrived. They dont answer emails or call...A scam!
