A total scam. Didn’t get tablets and won’t reply to phone or e mails.

A scam Didn't receive my order after 14 days. The company doesn't answer any of my mails. At this point I can only conclude that the company is a scam and that I've lost my money. I only wish I had checked Trustpilot before my purchase

Dear Turmeric and honey, You don't answer your phone. You don't call back on voice mails. You don't answer emails. You don't return on your contact form. Your CEO doesn't return on LinkedIn messages. I've placed an order of 159,75 GBP for 1 month and 1 week ago, and I haven't received anything. What you're doing is illegal and scamming and is punishable by law. Please return to any of my inquiries asap regarding my order: WEB19261and refund the money.

Do not use this company. Took money from me for items (hair dye) they didn't have in stock. When they finally admitted this, promised me a refund. I am still waiting for this refund.

Avoid this company. They are no good. Ordered a product that was stated as 'in stock'. It hadn't arrived 2 weeks later so I emailed to find out where it was. Eventually I received an email admitting the product was not actually in stock so I requested a refund... several times. They ignored my requests and at one point sent an email to say it had been refunded which was not the case. In the end I had no option but to open a claim against them with PayPal which did eventually result in me receiving a refund. Unbelievable!

I have ordered here a few times. The first time it was only a week delay, the second time it came on time, so I decided to order again. This third time it has been two weeks even though I paid for First Class Delivery, I have sent multiple emails with no answer and am getting very frustrated. I'm afraid my order of £55 will never arrive.

Wish I'd read the reviews on here before I ordered from them. Product arrived with an item missing. Was told it would be refunded, but after a number of emails, this has still not been actioned. Avoid!!!

Ordered something 6 weeks ago, and it never arrived. I’ve written over 10 emails. I’ve received one response without a solution. Very disappointing.

Ordered at end of July. They took the Money. Then 24 August said it was dispatched. Then I contacted a few times to tell them in September it hadn't arrived. Eventually they said it was out of stock which didn't make sense. They haven't refunded me the £32.99. Do not use them

After an initial good experience a few months ago it has since declined to a complete shambles No communication regarding stock. I am constantly having to chase an item that has now still not arrived after 2 months despite a shipping email last week. 2 emails sent regarding the shipping have gone unanswered. I will be filing for a charge back for the items and looking elsewhere in the future. Decent communication would have meant this review would not have been left but see no option bit to alert fellow buyers.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered item on the 2/8/2020 still waiting for the item it been over 20 days. Email them 10days ago but no reply neither no item received. This is crap service paid £15 inc delivery.

I ordered some probiotics on Friday 17th July and they landed today 27th July. Only 10 days delay ! I have got used to Amazon with really good service. Will I use them again. NO

Those people are crooks! Placed an order for a special child 10 days ago, no news from them. Send 3 letters, no reply! This is terrible!!!

Ordered on a Tuesday night and got confirmation that it was shipped out an hour later, first item was received 2 days later, the 2nd one the day after that, super quick!! When I had an enquiry customer service was super helpful and messaged me back immediately even though it was like 10pm! Friendly and helpful! Over all an overwhelmingly positive experience!

I am a very loyal customer to Turmeric and Honey because they are very professional and have good communication about tracking my items and very good quality products.

Ordered multivitamin tablets on Sunday evening and the item arrived on Tuesday morning! I was a bit sceptical as I never used them before, so paid via Paypal just in case, but no issues at all. Received order confirmation and dispatch notification emails promptly. I will order again with them!

Order did not arrive, they are scammers! Emailed them and although they reply they do not actually send any product. They should be shut down and in prison!! BEWARE!!!!

My product was not delivered. When I queried it with Turmeric & Honey, they just sent me a tracking number for Royal Mail and told me to follow it up. This is because they believed that the product was indeed delivered. Although it is good customer service to investigate the issue yourself if you have taken someone's money and shipped them a product that is lost, I was told to do this myself. Just not good Customer 'service'! Anyway, I called Royal Mail and found out that the item I bought was delivered to the wrong address, that it was now back in their sorting office, and that they would see that it gets delivered to me in the next three days. There is much room for improvement in this department.

I ordered a product 2 months ago I have not received product or refund. I have emailed a few times with no response. I will try and get refund through PayPal.

Product Arrived today! Thank you so much :) Just want to leave a positive review as all the bad ones can be off putting! I placed an order last week. A couple of days ago I left a message just to check on any updates especially during this this global pandemic. I received a very friendly phone call to let me know the product I ordered is currently awaiting delivery from the US next week and they will update me further then. I will update this review when I receive my product. Don’t be put off by the reviews!
