Stole my money and sent me the wrong item they don't pick up the phone when they know they owe money beware do not ever order from this company

I haven’t received my order nor has anyone contacted me about my order after phone calls and emails. They have taken £86.49 of my money on 26th May and still no products at all. Order number 72872- I would like a full refund or at least a phone call please with details of a delivery date. Thank you Edit: I have now received my order with thanks after I made this review. Please look after your customers as this has now made me wary of your company. I am not sure I would order again from here if the calls are not picked up promptly.

Extremely bad delivery service wouldn’t recommend

Only ordered 2 days ago, contacted to see when delivery expected and heard from customer service straight away with a tracking number.

Excellent product. I have been struggling with a chronic cough and Duodenitis for 8 weeks. The medication that was prescribed by the medical team had no effect. Got pessimistic about getting better. The product has improved me gut health by 50% and I have only been taking it for 1.5 days. The advice is that it will clear in 12 days. Amazing results.

Prompt delivery but the Lachesis, a Helios product, was not in the box as shown, it was loose, the top had come off and some pillules were loose, so tainted/spoilt, makes me suspect it is not new, so please enclose safely in the box and make sure the lid cannot come off. Weirdly envelope marked Natural dispensary. Invoice Turmeric & Honey

Better prices than most Ebay and Amazon sellers, and they usually have all the flavours in stock I want. Conveniently, their website allows just to repeat the previous order, so you don't have to put everything into the shopping cart again.

I ordered an item, which was on sale and paid £59. Two days later received an email it was out of stock, then another one, they were trying to find the item. Two weeks passed and when I asked about the new delivery date, I was told 14 April. They didn't communicate, it was always me chasing them. On 14 April they admitted they didn't have the item and when I asked for a refund they cancelled the order with the promise to refund the money. On 19 April, a month after I ordered and paid, I don't have my order neither the money is refunded to me.
