I've been ordering supplements from Turmeric and Honey for a year now and it's one of the few places I can get the quality supplements I need. I also recently had an issue with EVRI where they did not deliver the product and the team at T&H shipped a replacement the same day so I was very pleased with that, thank you.

I ordered a couple of fairly expensive items from the website and they were promptly dispatched. However, Evri chose to put the parcel in the outside bin without leaving a slip through the door. I was unexpectedly away when the parcel arrived due to a family emergency and my neighbour rolled the bin out for collection- so I was absolutely gutted that I had lost my parcel! The customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful and kindly resent the parcel free of charge and said they’d deal with evri. New parcel was safely received (although put in the bin again by evri!) but the customer service team emailed me to ensure I had safely received it.

Order never received, they said it went back to their company's premises. After a month and various emails to remind them to refund my undelivered order I'm still waiting to get my money back. So many similar reviews... a problem shared is a problem halved.

The soup I had this morning was amazing, very delicate with well balanced herbs, and the cheese and leak sourdough bagel was also delicious! Coffee is always good… I love the staff, everyone is helpful and friendly, and the shop is always well stocked with healthy options and eco friendly alternatives. This is a great place to come to!

Edited to say: Refund received within 24 hours of leaving this negative review. Shame it took that really. I wouldn’t use this company again personally Product not sent and chasing refund weeks later! I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered omega 3 and super b12 on the 30th of December 2023. I was notified on the 3rd of Jan that the super b12 was not in stock (it didn’t say this on the website and they are still advertising the product on Google shop) I was asked if I would like to be sent it when it came in. I asked when it was expected and they said the 8th of Feb. I declined and asked for a refund so I can buy elsewhere. It is now the 14th of January. I have chased them 4 times. I received a reply the first time saying it would be done within a few days. Bad communication. They still have my money. I would not recommend. I will be reporting this to my credit card provider to get a refund from them.

Unable to contact company regarding my order. Phone calls go straight to answer phone and are not returned within stated 24 hours. The web chat option results in it being disconnected on send of first message. Currently awaiting a response to their order confirmation email. Note that payment was immediately taken when order placed.

From 3 products orderd I have only recived 1-the cheapest. When I chased they said they were too busy in the warehouse. I will use the chargeback on my credit card if I will not recive the product within 1 further week. Will for sure never order from them anymore.

I made a large order with Turmeric and Honey on 11 November 2023. This on recommendation of our naturopath. It is 5 December today, and after various emails, and excuses about "Turmeric and Honey being closed" and the courier is "repacking the order"(?), I am still waiting for the 8 or so products to be delivered to my son in the UK. There is absolutely no excuse for poor follow up, and extremely late delivery, especially on medicines which have a SHELF LIFE. Enough of the unprofessional excuses Turmeric and Honey - pick up your game, and improve delivery to your clients, who are TRYING to support you. YVONNE DOW Order NO:1539

Hi, On 3 March 2023, I sent a message through your online form reporting products made of shark cartilage and shark liver oil, which have been proven to be unsafe for human consumption. I also sent over half a dozen peer-reviewed studies that alerted to the high risk and inefficiency of those supplements, claiming ‘the consumption of shark products may pose a human risk for BMAA (‘a candidate environmental risk factor for neurodegenerative diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and Parkinson-dementia complex’) exposures.’ Still awaiting a reply.

Edit - the company did get in contact me, gave me a full refund and sent me a free gift. So they are a legitimate company who just had a bad period. It’s not great- but they genuinely went above and beyond to make it right. Original review: I think this company might be a scam? I ordered something. Got an email 3 weeks ago that it is not in stock. I’ve been emailing and messaging since (both responding to there email and through there online contact form) and I’ve got no response. They have my money and apparently won’t give it back or even talk to me regardless that they can’t fulfil the order or let me know when it will be in stock. Or even talk to me at all!

I ordered some items couple of weeks ago , they dispatched my items next day and i received them in UAE after 4 days. Now I ordered again but it’s been 5 days no items have been dispatched yet. I paid £230 for my order and thought would get my order in 4 days as per my previous experience but now it’s a weekend and nothing dispatched , so if they are kind enough to send me on Monday I will receive on Thursday. I was not supposed to miss my dose but due to their bad service I will miss it for many days. Very bad experience .

We ordered an item for delivery abroad and the website states that there is no tax/import charge under 140euro - however turmeric and honey not only charged us delivery costs, this also meant the item could not actually be delivered. In order to receive it we had to send multiple emails and phone call to the delivery company and import office and fill in forms and drive to pick it up from the delivery centre. Also had to pay a second charge in the country to actually receive the item. The entire delivery cost more than the product which was needed for our child's health - nearly £70 for delivery. Absurd. They have told us it was delivered (it was not and we have the paperwork to show this) and since our latest enquiry (after countless emails) they have just stopped replying now that it has become clear they are in fact liable for the charge and illegally charged us. Useless service, useless responses, rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend them as I believe they are acting in contravention of trading standards. The whole experience has been really bad, and has taken over 6 weeks with no resolution.
