Terrible. Placed an order, waited nearly 3 weeks, emailed to check when the order would be arriving and had no response. Received an email from the post office saying they had an outstanding fee to be paid of £7, on delivery I found out it was the order from Turmeric & Honey that should have had free delivery as the order was over £50. Awful service and absolutely zero customer service.

NOT going to order from this site EVER. E-shop says something is on stock, which actually is not. Product not delivered, money not refunded!!! Nobody replies to customer emails. I am very dissapointed! Order Ref: TH17221

ordered some supplements and they charged me for it, only for nothing to arrive. I checked my emails and they said they are out of stock but i still havent received a refund weeks later and the item still says in stock on their website. They have also not replied to my email asking for updates on the refund. Time wasters and feel like I have been scammed Order Ref: TH18475

Edit: I have realised what this company does now after discussing the issue with them. They stall and stall and then say its been too long so its too late, even though I have been waiting on a reply for a month. So thats £55 down the drain. Whoever is reading this I would not take the risk with ordering from this company. They have shown extremely poor communication, item missing due to being sent late (in three parts) and then stolen. Its just not worth it.... ........................................... My one order came in three parts which in itself is inconvenient. The last part was delivered a long time after I ordered it - it was left in a recycling box outside my property by Royal Mail and appears to have been stolen. No response or assistance from this company about this. So £50 down the drain.. I would not be happy to use this company again at this time.

Terrible customer service. I was told that the order I placed was permanently out of stock and would not be stocked long term. I was told two weeks ago that I would get a refund. I have emailed twice now asking when my refund will be completed and have still not received a reply or my money back .

I ordered more than 2 weeks ago, only a very small part of the order came. No tracking code received for the rest of the order and the company cannot be reached (no answer to email, chat, or contact form, and cannot be called). Edited: Another part of the order that were not delivered in the first batch has arrived after about 3 weeks. But there are still some products that have not arrived until now (more than 2 months), and the company cannot be reached. AVOID THE COMPANY!

Incredibly bad customer experience with this company! I received an order confirmation and haven't heard anything for about 1 1/2 weeks. Then I receive an email saying that the waiting time is over and I can expect my package anytime soon. There is no tracking number or company name in the email saying who is delivering the package. It's been 5 days now and I still haven't received my package .The company hasn't responded to any of my emails. So lousy!

I will give them the Benefit of the doubt as I only ordered of them Wednesday but I haven’t heard anything since I ordered and the price was over 70 Euro so I don’t here anything in the next few days I will be demanding a refund

What an absolute shambles of a shopping experience. I was looking for several items which were time sensitive, and Google served up this company. Their website indicated the items were in stock and if I ordered before mid afternoon they would be with me in good time. I made an account, added the items to my basket and then tried to pay. Every time I hit the pay now button it brought me to a ‘404 Page not found.’ I continued to try intermittently over several hours, but no luck. Then I tried calling the helpline number which is on the website, but it is out of service. Finally I used Google to track down the store in West London and called that, but it rang out, with no answer phone. Finally on trying again later on somebody finally answered and when I explained the issue with the website they said it would require a manager and someone would call me back. I asked them to make sure it was today as the items were time sensitive, which they said they would do. Needless to say it’s past 10.30 at night and I haven’t heard a peep from them. A failure on almost every front possible.

I was happy to find the products from my Australian naturopath here and have been eagerly awaiting receipt of the goods ever since. Stay away from this supplier. He doesn't reply to emails or social media, let alone send you the goods as promised and has already collected a not inconsiderable amount by credit card. I will now take legal action.

Like many others, I experienced Turmeric & Honey’s 'delayed refund' tactics—holding onto small amounts of money, hoping customers won’t bother chasing refunds. Well, no amount is too small for me! After more than a month of emailing back and forth, and believing T&Hs empty promises, I used Chargeback under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to get my refund. If you’re dealing with the same issue, here’s a quick guide to get your money back fast (only if your claim is legitimate): Know Your Consumer Rights: 1. Cooling-off period: You have 14 days to notify the merchant (in writing) if you want to return an item. After notifying, you have another 14 days to send it back. The merchant must refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods. You don’t need to give a reason for the return. 2. Didn’t get the goods or agreed replacement? You can cancel and ask for your money back if: The item isn’t delivered within 30 days of purchase. You didn’t receive it by an agreed date (e.g., for an event). It wasn’t delivered after a second-chance delivery. How to get your refund fast: Don’t keep waiting, hoping they’ll refund you if they’ve gone past the above time limits; they won’t. Chargeback (Consumer Rights Act 2015): Chargeback is part of Visa, Mastercard, and Amex’s rules (not a legal right but widely supported). It works for any amount paid by debit, credit, or charge card. You can usually file a claim through your card issuer’s app or website—just select the transaction and follow the instructions. Most issuers allow 120 days to file a chargeback. Important: Keep evidence of your refund request (emails, letters, etc.) and proof of return if applicable. Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act: This applies to purchases over £100 and up to £30,000, but it’s generally for more complex cases. Don’t let small amounts slip through the cracks—take action!

Placed a high value order, didn't receive a shipping confirmation or any replies from customer service when I followed up for a status. Finally the order was delivered via Evri, who left the parcel in the road outside my house in the rain, contents ruined. Wouldn't bother again!

On 4th of October I ordered two health supplements which arrived very quickly. On opening Pure Encapsulation’s D3 drops, which would take at least three months to consume, I noticed that the expiry date was November 2024! I contacted Turmeric & Honey expressing my disappointment but no comment was forthcoming. However on Saturday 12th October I received a second bottle with a 2026 expiry date.

A five star review and I didn't even receive the product that I bought!! The parcel was delivered to the wrong address, through no fault of Tumeric and Honey (Royal Post.. Are you listening?) But the manner in which they dealt with the problem, found out what went wrong and then refunded my money, showed to me that this is a company that takes everything they do seriously. I will be ordering from them again in the future.

I have been ordering histamine supplements from this company for a while and they are very good and always deliver on time. They sell things other companies will take ages to deliver. Plus one day I needed a specific product but didn’t have time to order on line so I drove to their shop in west london. It took me an hour to get there. They didn’t have what I needed in the shop but the owner said he had some in his warehouse and would personally deliver it to me in north London that same evening before my flight the next day, and he did and I was very grateful what a lovely gesture! Thank you very much! I would give them a five star but they didn’t answer the shop phone when I called to check if they had the product in their shop.

They cannot deliver what I ordered and keep promising a refund which never arrives. I would recommend people stay away from this vendor. I will now start legal action to recover the payment I made

Ordered two items. One came, with no note to say the other was coming separately. I emailed asking about this and received no reply until 6 days later, after receiving the second item, which just said 'it appears to have been delivered now'. No acknowledgement of the confusing way this had been handled, or the long wait for a response. Also disappointed that one of the items did not have a cool pack with it - the probiotics die in the heat and the item was in transit during a heatwave. Every other supplier I've ordered that product from has packaged it with a cool pack because of this. I mentioned this in my email asking about the missing item. That part of my message was ignored. A shame as the prices are quite affordable compared with others, but since my probiotics may well be dead from the heat, and since I've received such poor customer service, I won't be using them again.
