Unbelievably this ripoff company has the nerve to lie and try cover themselves by claiming they have several warehouses. The tracking info clearly stated it was shipped from Ontario, CA and ended up in Ohio because of their carelessness. I reside in CA and it should not have taken more than 3 days to get here. Don’t let yourself get duped by them! Company sold me an item on Amazon from their Ontario, CA location and it ended up in Ohio. When questioned as to why the delay and why the item was shipped out of state when I reside in California, the seller continues to give me the run around. Do not buy from this rip off seller! Two weeks and no purchase. Unprofessional!

I bought a 2 draw office cabinet No.611937. I have assembled it correctly as per the instructions but I cannot get the draws to fit. How do I do it? Do I need another pair of hands? I originally had an issue from the delivery carriers side in ordering a table however Sey from Yaheetech was very helpful and quick in getting it sorted and has sent out a new one instantly. Great customer service and would highly recommend the company

This organization has provided me with a number of things throughout the years, and they have never disappointed me. One of my products had a problem with one of the wheels, but their customer care was quite accommodating and promptly provided me a replacement. The storage shelves are the goods I'm most pleased with out of the few things I bought. It was sturdy and helpful in organizing my basement

Great experience with this shop and hence taking the time to write this review. I ordered multiple things from here in the past including furniture and pet products and everything has been great quality and easy to assemble. When I had an issue and contacted customer service they were very good to respond and help out.

I called and I emailed that I wanted to return the bedframe that we purchased. Merchandise never opened but we could see it was going to be too difficult for our son to put together. I was given a very hard time via the email. All I wanted was a return label to print out so I could return it. But I couldn’t get any satisfaction for that instead I was offered a eight dollar refund and I could keep the frame. Of course I could keep the frame I already paid for it. So I am not very happy at all as a matter fact I my credit card company has an open investigation to try and get my money back . I would never order anything from this company again and I’ve also talked to my friends and told them what it happened to me and they would never order off your website either. Your website advertises 60 days refund return exchange etc. well that just didn’t happen I cannot get my refund and I am not happy. Last correspondence came back to me completely in Chinese well I don’t read Chinese. However my nephew who is the international attorney does speak fluent Mandarin. I have not brought his attention as of yet.

This is an awesome table. I ordered the smaller one and it’s a perfect fit. I got the gray one. I love the fact I can lift the top if I need to like a desk. Seller’s are wondered and it came 2 days early. I would buy from this company again. If I didn’t have problems with my hands I could of put it together myself as an older person.

Super fast shipping and great product

I bought a small drawer table to use under my desk, the package arrives in a couple of days, the instructions are easy to follow, you need to read it before start opening bags but is easy to do, took me around 80 minutes to get it done, the table is nice looking and sturdy
