Am 29.11.24 eine Mail an den yaheetech.shop gesendet, bisher keine Reaktion. Parallel über Amazon versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, ebenfalls erfolglos. Kurzum: Es wird Schrott verkauft. Niemals wieder Geschäfte mit Yaheetech. Update vom 19.12.24: Bis heute hat sich niemand, weder per Mail an mich direkt, noch bei Amazon gemeldet. Die Antworten, die hier von yaheetech.Shop veröffentlicht werden dienen lediglich dazu, den zu Recht schlechten Bewertungen etwas entgegenzusetzen. 0 Sterne wären angebracht.

United Kingdom | 04 December 2024Avoid this company. They sell loads of furniture on Amazon but their service and issue resolution is a disgrace. Ordered a sofa that didn't come with any of the fittings. Contacted them and after waiting over 24 hours for a reply was told it would be sent within 2 days. Three weeks later and numerous chasing it still hasn't arrived. They will no doubt reply to this saying contact them on their email address to resolve but I wouldn't bother as they just don't resolve anything. Would never order with them again. Recommend avoiding them at all costs.

United Kingdom | 03 December 2024Awful awful company. PLEASE do NOT order from them if you value your money and furniture. I ordered through Amazon (thank goodness!) two chairs. The box contained half of each chair, 4 missing legs and every single fitting missing. I ordered through prime for a speedy delivery as I have just moved and we needed them for a gathering. With the move I hadn’t had time to open the box right away and was unbelievably frustrated when I did to see most of the parts were missing. I contacted Amazon who told me my return had to be dealt with through the seller. I didn’t have time to wait for parts to be sent to me so I had to buy elsewhere, I also didn’t trust a company that could be incompetent enough to forget the chair legs and the fittings, pretty obvious things. I asked the company for a collection, they kept questing me, asking me to check the box as if I’d miss 4 chair legs, I asked other family members to check too just incase there was some unlikely chance I wasn’t seeing them. I told the company I’d already got new chairs elsewhere as I didn’t have time to wait and didn’t trust them. They eventually offered me a £20 partial refund for completely unusable chairs and for them not to send me the extra parts. The chairs cost £130! And they wanted to send me £20 for unusable chairs with no legs in a box taking up space in my home! Thankfully Amazon came through and refunded, but now I have to pay £50 to the council to remove them as I’m disabled and don’t drive! I would avoid at all costs as if you have any after sale problems whatsoever they will not help you. I don’t usually care enough about bad companies to post a review, but I wish I had read the warnings here from other customers who had the same experience.

United Kingdom | 27 November 2024If you fancy a Mecanno for Christmas buy there 4ft6 Vintage iron platform bed, with high headboard and footboard. I couldn't believe my eyes when it arrived, the whole bedframe was in the size of a box 6"x 8" x 4ft high. When it got delivered I had to look twice, first of all I thought it was a mattress that we bought because most matresses now are delivered in the same sixe box. So I had to check my orders and it wasn't the matress, we were on the understanding that the bed had to be assebled but what we didn't expect that the metal frame had to be assebled piece by piece. Beds that we have bought in the past they have all been delivered with the headboard and footboard intact and then all's we have had to do is attach the sides and then fit the slats then ha presto, we where very disapointed so believe me people avoid this bed or any other bed that they sell not unless you like a Mecanno set. And if you order it now, you will get in time for Christmas it will keep your children well occupied till after the new year. You never know they might be able to get it assembled by Christmas 2025 :( :( :(

I received a response to my initial email, but after providing the information they requested, I've had zero response. I've sent 4 emails in total over a 2 month period. I even submitted a complaint, which has also gone unanswered. Another company that couldn't care less once they've got your cash.

Cela peut arriver.. Nous leur avons envoyé une dizaine de mails et réclamations, nous avons même tentés de téléphoner en allemagne pour demander une prise en charge par la garantie légale. Nous n'avons obtenu AUCUNE réponse. Ils n'ont aucun service après vente et ne respectent PAS la loi sur la garantie.

Kundenservice sagt, wir geben nur 90 Tage Garantie. Noch eine Mail geschrieben, Yahee Service sagt, wir geben 15Euro Rabatt auf den nächsten Einkauf! Noch eine Mail geschrieben, Yahee Service sagt dann, kauf einen neuen Stuhl, schick uns die Bestellnummer, wir prüfen das und nach der Lieferung, wird der kaputte Stuhl erstattet!!?!! Hab Ich so noch nie erlebt. Wie das Geld erstattet wird, konnten Sie mir nicht sagen, hab dann immer die gleiche Antwort bekommen, kaufen, prüfen und nach der Lieferung wird erstattet!! Nach den ganzen Bewertungen hier, bin Ich froh das Ich in diesem Laden nichts mehr gekauft habe und kann anderen Käufern nur davon abraten in diesem Shop was zu kaufen. Bleibe jetzt leider auf meinem Schaden sitzen, Ebay ist nach 5 Monaten leider raus aus der Nummer.

Looks really stylish too and functions well. Before this item, I had also bought a medicine cabinet for my bathroom. Same great experience, good quality and price. So far I don't have any complaints as both my purchases were worth the money. They have a large selection of different furniture products which is really helpful.

The quality has been great so far and they're really comfortable too. I think it was only possible due to the build quality and shipping precautions taken by Yaheetech. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will be buying more furniture from them!

United States | 27 September 2024I got one of the Accent Chair and Ottoman and was quite impressed. Not only did it arrive quickly, but it was very easy to assemble. The finished product looks great! It is a bit on the small size, but to be fair, the measurements are listed, but it is still large enough for an adult to use comfortably. The boucle material feels good and looks great. The cushioning is harder than I expected, but hopefully, that will soften with use. Overall I am very happy with this item. It is the perfect accent chair for a bedroom (where I put it), a kid's room, or a living room.
