I bought an armchair from this seller through Amazon. It seemed okay so I bought a second. More fool me. At the 8 month after purchase stage, the bases had collapsed and the buttons at the back were hanging off. I tried to contact them through Amazon but they refused to answer, they just auto cancelled my request to return as it was outside the return period. If I was trying to return something I just didn't like, I could understand it, but for them to became virtually unusable in that short time scale is a totally different matter. Surely there must be some kind of warranty? I emailed the company themselves, they actually responded the next day asking for more information which I supplied immediately and then got absolutely nothing in reply. I have emailed twice since then allowing a decent space for them to look into it, but, I'm still waiting for a reply. The chairs weren't expensive, I appreciate that, but they should last longer than they have. We have no other seating and are having to use pillows and cushions to try and pad them out, but they are still incredibly uncomfortable. I had a stroke 6 months ago so it is even more important to have a comfortable chair, and these are not it. You do yourself no favours selling this kind of rubbish furniture and then by ignoring your customers pleas for help.

Not happy as a customer, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I ordered on Temu, was told i would get a £40 partial refund because i was unhappy with the quality of the sofas theu never sent it.

Poor quality materials, fell apart while screwing together, couldn't even be rested on without damage.Don't buy unless you want a health and safety claim.Seller refused refund so issued a charge back, always use a legit bank for online purchases

Panier de basket commandé sur Amazon. En moins de 6 mois d'utilisation normale (non quotidienne, pas de dunk), le rond est cassé uniquement à cause de la rouille et des des rebonds du ballon alors qu'il est stocké à l'abri. La matière est bas de gamme, 100€ foutus en l'air. J'ai contacté ce vendeur à plusieurs reprises pour obtenir des pièces détachées, il a totalement ignoré mes messages. J'ai contacté le service client Amazon qui ne m'a pas aidé. Je suis déçue pour mes enfants qui ont économisé pour se payer ce panier. Il me semble qu'il existe une obligation de fournir des pièces détachées, même payantes. Mais ce vendeur fait totalement la sourde oreille et ne respecte pas la réglementation.

Purchased [614121-WHITE] Rolling Kitchen Island Trolley - there was a huge amount of polystyrene packaging used - not good enough in 2025!.Assembly took MUCH longer than the claimed sixty minutes in the instruction book, partly because of the ambiguous pictures. Lastly the top was poorly constructed with a "crumb catching" gap in one of the joins - to date they have offered no resolution.

I purchased a parrot cage through amazon around 2020. Tried to contact them in 2021 for an issue. after sales from yaheetech is non existent. Amazon even tried to get in contact with seller but couldn't get a response. I emailed them and they do not respond. If you have any issues don't bother with this company as they could not care less once they have sold the product.

Purchased a new Christmas tree from them. The tree is not as described at all and is a mess. The seller accepted my return request and then wouldn’t send a legitimate label to return it. After weeks of messages, the seller was more interested in arguing and “disproving” my opinion of the product than actually providing customer service. The seller is now only offering me $60 for the $300 tree or for me to return it for hundreds more in shipping costs. Disgrace of a company and find it disturbing that Amazon continues to support them.

Dieses Unternehmen hat noch nicht mal 1 Stern verdient. Macht Versprechen, die es nicht einhält. Ganz schlechter Kundenservice. Noch immer keine Lieferung. Seit 4 Tagen eine Sendungsnummer für die Ersatzlieferung. Immer noch nichts unterwegs.

My tv unit was delivered to another address 400 miles away from where I live!!! No response from the seller I chased this up with the courier, the order number doesn’t even match my name & address so it’s untraceable although it’s saying delivered on Amazon I paid £80 for an item that I’ll never receive No response from this company even via email etc

As a wholesale buyer i can say “”Avoid” buying from this company. Purchased over 200 metal Dining chairs in which more than 50% of the purchase has been damaged through backrest bending due to normal use. Warranty period 90 days obviously a chair should not last 3-4 months not to mention more than 100 chairs. Very cheap material and manufacturing.

I ordered the upholstered full size bed at the end of November. This is a Christmas gift for my daughter. The directions were not in the box. I started calling the company last night but it was Sunday so of course their closed. I am eastern standard, time wise, so I have been patiently waiting for them to open. As soon as they were opened I started calling and leaving messages. No one is answering on the customer service or front desk lines. Christmas is 2 days away and I am not hopeful I will find these directions in time. My 1 star review is based on the ease of contacting the company/customer service. I also Googled the address they provided and it pulled up a DHL. I'm irritated at this point because I don't even know if I have all the pieces needed which will be another unexpected problem. ***Update** I am updating this the day after I originally wrote this. How about I spoke with someone ( I believe was the same person) THREE times. The 1st time I was told the manager would email me the instructions within 5 minutes. Since I wanted to print them out before leaving work, after a half hour I called back left a message and had the call returned to me not to long after. She told me she's going to call the manager. I left 2 more messages before leaving work, a hour after I was supposed to get these instructions in 5 minutes. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. Got home my mom decide to try to put it together WITHOUT the instructions (she's been in construction for over 20 years). It took us a little over a hour to complete. But the way this was handled, I will not be purchasing anything Yaheetech has it's name attached to. If I can't trust you to assist me with your product after I have paid for it, then its not worth the headache. I blame myself for not reading the reviews on Amazon (where I purchased and read it after I couldn't get in contact with them). NEVER AGAIN. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Don't buy from this company. I bought an "outdoor dog pen" but the construction is so poor as to be defective for its intended purpose. I can't use it outside. The company refuses to send prepaid shipping labels for me to send them back. A company rep told me they don't send prepaid labels as a policy no matter the circumstances. The boxes are so heavy the cost to ship back will be about as much as the defective product itself. Update: after nearly a week of emails with the company, and after I posted accurate reviews of the product and my experience, the company finally sent the two prepaid return labels.

Absolute scam - don't buy! Bed pictures online are not anything like the bed that arrived. It's flat headboard is awful. Isn't manufactured as it is represented. They won't accept they have made a mistake and collect it !!!! Terrible failed customer services from both Range and manufacturer, hide away from talking to the customer. Do not buy from The Range or Monumart/Yaheetech !!!

I purchased a pink fluffy Office chair from Yaheetech and I absolutely love my chair! It was packed extremely well and no parts were missing and the instructions were very easy to follow and understand. The shipping was free, but it came very quick and without any damages. The chair is very nice and high-quality for the price and compared to other brands for similar items. Everything was easy to put together, and I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY When I first saw this I was thinking this is what I am looking for Measurements looked good;cat condo was perfect size for my cats Assembled the condo but could not complete the assembly due to missing (2) critical screws Have contacted the company several times and have provided them with all of the information which they needed; including the AMAZON order number (for whatever reason????) Have never heard back from them in the last week Will never purchase anything from this company again; they are non-responsive and lack any resemblance of customer service. AVOID
