Save your money !!!! I call BS on the “2 day free delivery “ I live in southern NJ. Order left GA and arrived in VA. Next day it overshot my local Fed Ex by 70 miles north in NJ. Following day, went from north NJ to upstate NY where it sat for 3 days. On the 8th day , it shows up on my front porch with chards of glass coming out of the box. Opened up the box and the entire glass top was in a million pieces. This was supposed to be a Mothers Day gift. Ordered the Monday before and it arrived destroyed on Tuesday after Mothers Day.

Buyer Beware, I ordered a Computer Chair, The tracking info showed as a failed delivery from the moment i was giving the tracking number. The delivery was supposed to take 5 or 6 days, but the tracking number showed the chair had been delivered the day it was supposedly released from the warehouse before carrier had even collected it. I waited to the delivery when the info posted changed from on its way but already delivered to Problem with order. Asked for a refund, and was told by customer service that they would HAVE to send another chair to me, that i would have to return at MY EXPENSE, Before they would offer a refund. I Then pointed out that first item never arrived, I had and was canceling my order before second item was even being released from the warehouse, That if they sent a 2nd item to me As i had already requested the order to be canceled i would refuse delivery. I was told that i would still have to take the 2nd item and return for the refund, I pointed out that i had paid by credit card and I had screen captures of all messages times and dated. That i would be passing said info onto my bank and credit card requesting a refund and reporting it as fraud....Suddenly they said 2nd item would NOT be sent and they would process my refund with in the next few days

I purchased a thin black bookshelf that I have wanted for a specific area of my house. It was so easy to put together and is the perfect size! There were no blemishes and it was packaged nicely. It stands sturdy and does not wiggle even away from a wall. It also arrived quickly! Overall very pleased with this service!

delivery was not 2 days as advertised. Ordered on Tuesday and arrived on Saturday. It was not an issue for us however it may matter for other customers.

I bought a bed from yaheetech on amazon it was defective and impossible to assemble . the bed is asymetrical, item no 17 have different lengths so that makes the bed impossible to assemble. I've been waiting for over 2 months and still have not recieved a replacement!!!!! this is really frustrating & unacceptable !!!!!
