I needed more space in my garage and I took the chance and purchased the heavy duty 5 tier storage rack and this I didn't regret as it saved me time and money, mostly importantly I now have more space. The quality is exceptional and I felt like I got value for my money.

Purchased a coffee table, I have to admit am happy with it. Needed to have someplace where guest can place their cups and plates, since my living room isn’t so big. I just needed something simple yet nice. Really did exceed my expectations. Customer service was helpful with questions as I was a bit indecisive. Shipping was also fast.

I ordered a pole from them and right after wrote them and said to cancel it before it ships so they wait until it ships to say we can't cancel it and on top of that I sent them back the pole the day it arrived they then never wrote me and stated they received it back or anything! They instead said they can give me $8 off the pole and that I already received it. This company is very deceitful so be careful when ordering from amazon make sure they are not the seller!!!!!!!!!

All good. Office chair ordered and delivered within 5 working days. For once, decent assembly instructions. Most importantly, everything was in the box !

I have purchased a lovely coat rack from this company and from the purchase they were looking after me, I felt so valued and extremely looked after. I got notified of delivery date and of every progress with my item, not even mentioning the packaging as my rack was packed so carefully that even if the drivers would have been throwing it, it wouldn't have got damaged. Highly recommend them.

I’ve been purchasing things from this company for a very long time and each time I purchased furnitures I used them . Their customer service is great and very fast shipping. Recently, I purchased a play pen for my son and I must say I don’t regret buying it. It was easy to assemble and it’s so comfortable that my son doesn’t want to leave it for not even a second. Would definitely recommend you guys to use this company to purchase your furnitures.

PLEASE AVIOD THIS COMPNY!!! I bought x4 black dinning chair's from them and they sent x4 white, so I rung the number on the website only for a woman to answer the phone and say she would have to email the company as she can't deal with the problem, on ordering I check to see if it was a uk address which it was, I late would find out it was a Chinese company which after 5 days of me and the woman emailing they email me back at 1am in the morning only for them to say I had ordered the white one's which when I emailed them I attached a screen shot of my order which shows the black one's, so I rung the woman back up today to try and sort this which she replied she can not do any thing if she was me she would open a small court claim I was gobsmacked. I am left with x4 white chair's which I don't want and £300 out of pocket.

Yaheetech is good value company whom I have dealt with in the past with office furniture purchased via AMAZON Prime. The items came in new condition and once assembled - I felt that the build quality was excellent. I've not had to reach out to customer service as all my purchase has had no problems but I would not hesitate to contact them and would expect the best service from them.

Don't trust them. I ordered dumbells 2 weeks ago at £47.99 with delivery estimated 3 days. They have emailed to say that they were slightly damaged and pushed me to cancel my order. It's now 2 weeks later, I've heard nothing, I have no product and the product has gone up by £30 so is it any wonder they wanted me to cancel them?

Would not recommend these as a seller. They mess u round with responding and hen when do try n make u keep item. As I buyer if u want to return item it should b resolved in 1 day noooooot with these 2 weeks later item picked up so they now have 72 hours to process refund before I open a small courts claim as the emails are stupid thinking I’d keep item. If going to buy of them then don’t say u never got warned

Yaheetech is a great company! I got a set of velvet hangers from them and they have been a great addition to my closet. Fast shipping and good quality!

They will not stand behind their product. We asked for a replacement part. They responded and said they would send. Never received, so now they will not communicate with us.

I’ve been shopping with this company for quite some time now between my husband and I we have ordered a lot of items which most have been on clearance. We’ve ordered a weight bench from them that came in very fast shipping was made of good metal quality very sturdy. I also bought my kitchen table from them beautiful rustic design the details are gorgeous on this table I got it for a practical steel. We also bought a bedframe from them that turned out in our master bedroom it has padding on the bottom so it doesn’t scratch my floor it was super easy to clean. We’ve always had wonderful customer service they respond quickly the shipping is very quick all their items are easy to assemble we’ve been very satisfied with all of our purchases from them. I read reviews and don’t understand because we’ve never had an issue with them and yet we bought many items. We absolutely love yaheetech and will continue shopping online with them!!

Ordered a puppy pen, assembled a week later- very poor quality. In the meantime, had ordered another via Amazon. When it arrived, I returned it as the first one wasn’t great and have had to pay £14 to return a poor quality item. Awful company, poor quality products and service. Avoid.

In my experience, they are totally unreliable with poor customer service. Ordered a sofa bed via Amazon on October 12th, I am told that I will receive the product between October 15th and 21st. They do not provide a tracking system, the courier is Tuffnells. I wait until the 18th of October, using the tracking number on the courier's website I look for my shipment but I see that it doesn't exist. I contact Yaheetech UK saying what happens, they don't do any verification, they simply tell me to wait until October 21st, I wrote to Tuffnells who replies via email that the product was delivered on October 16th, I ask for explanations and a proof of delivery, CONSIDERING THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING, no reply from the carrier. I am reporting this information again to Yaheetech UK who will not answer me except in an 'automatic' way that they would have checked. Everything is silent, it arrives on October 21st and Yaheetech UK asks me via email if the product has arrived.I answer no and repeat the whole story, explaining that the courier says that they delivered on October 16th, that I was at home that day and nobody came - it is a 3-seater sofa bed, not a USB stick that they could have left in front of the door or put in the mailbox. Their courier didn't give me any information (proof) of delivery and Yaheetech UK just wrote me that they have to contact the carrier to make checks. I believe that in the face of such a situation you don't have to do checks, but IMMEDIATELY send another sofa bed in place with URGENT delivery THE DAY AFTER and then do all the necessary checks and if you find the item, since it may have been hidden under the driver's mat of the van, you will bring it back to their company in their warehouse. The customer first of all! You're not good when everything goes well, but you're good when in front of the problem you take action to solve it in the best way and in the shortest time possible.

It makes no sense as to there aren't any written instructions for the assembly of the product. The diagrams show parts going where they do not fit whatsoever. There was no tool that came with the package nor any communication of what should be used. The only way to reach customer service is through e-mail. I will never order any products from this manufacturer again.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I EMAILED THEM 5 TIMES AND LEFT 5-6 VOICEMAILS ABOUT NEEDING TO RETURN A $310 PET PLAYPEN - I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM, AND SINCE I PAID WITH PAYPAL MY BANK CANNOT HELP.

Bought a cat tree from this company and it arrived on time, packaged well and really good quality. My cat loves to play on it and scratch it. It stays up and doesn't fall over like another tree i had.
