The rating I gave is a 1 but there is no negative to infinity scale so will have to do. I bought the cat playpen from the Walmart website. everything was OK at first. Seemed to be doing what it was built for. Until yesterday 9/26/2020 when I came back home from running errands to find my beautiful cat DEAD and HANGING from one of those DAMN HAMMOCKS that came with that death trap. The image of him hanging there I can't get out of my head. It was torture to see my baby motionless. And have to take him down was even worse. My beautiful cat Bayou was a member of my family not just a pet and he cannot be replaced. I have had him since he was born. He was 8 yrs old. Your product is NOT a PETFRIENDLY product and should be removed from ALL websites for sale.

THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!!!!!! I ordered 2 egg chairs through amazon costing £350.00 each. Only 1 arrived and they are an absolute nightmare to deal with. They promised to send another along with a tracking number. 1 month later half a chair arrives no notification no tracking given so I had no idea that it was the 2nd chair and I wasn’t in to receive it. No note. I initially thought it was the misplaced 1st chair. Apparently not!!!!!! When I complained again (about the 8th email I had sent) they asked me to buy the missing pole and they would refund me £10!!! You can imagine my response. After a further month they promised to collect the chair through XDP LTD. GUESS WHAT? I have waited in all day. No response from them, no email confirming a delivery time, which again was promised....... They are the MOST USELESS COMPANY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG!!! I have no issue with the product but the company is the worst most disorganised company I have ever had the misfortune to come across. When I wrote a review on Amazon it didn’t get posted! I wonder why So...... 2 months after I was supposed to receive my initial order I am still waiting on a refund a collection and a response Good luck all of you who may place an order. I appreciate that you MAY receive the product you want BUT...... GOD HELP YOU IF YOU DONT!!! My recommendation is NEVER EVER TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS!!!!!!

CHEATING CUSTOMER !!! I placed two orders on Yaheetech through Amazon, and after few hours, I wanted to cancel them. Amazon asked me to contact the Yaheetech to cancel and Yaheetech replied to my one of orders, however, Yaheetech didn't reply to my another order (NOTHING AT ALL). To reinforce the cancellation of my another order, I reinstated the cancellation of my another order on the same thread I sent Yaheetech on the one of orders (LITERALLY the next line right after my first order). Few hours later, Amazon then sent me an email saying Yaheetech cancelled my one of the orders, but NOTHING on the other. On the next day, Amazon told me the shipment was created and Yaheetech told me the shipment cannot be cancelled, and asked me, as a customer, to contact Fedex to refuse the shipment. WHAT THE HECK ??? FINE !!! I went ahead and called Fedex. Fedex told me, only label was created, NO SHIPMENT/PACKAGE received. SERIOUSLY ???? Do you want me to believe that Fedex doesn't have the latest update, OR Yaheetech is cheating on customers, AND asking me to waste my time and money ( by offering me a $5 discount) ? Not even to mention you didn't even read emails AT ALL !!! This is NOT only a problem on customer service, it's a VERY SERIOUSLY problem on BUSINESS INTEGRITY !!! If you want to get treated the same way, you can place order with Yaheetech. OTHERWISE STAY AWAY ASAP !!!!

I have purchased an office chair from this company. It worth every penny. This is a great deal. The chair is pretty easy to assemble and is pretty comfortable actually. It rolls easily and you can adjust the height to be really tall (almost bar height!). The instructions were simple only took me like 15 minutes. All the parts were very well wrapped too protect the product from any scratches or dents I really loved that, It is very easy to wipe clean. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a not bulky modern chair.

Ordered a dogs grooming table in April, through Amazon. Table has never been shipped. Tracking says that a shipping label was obtained but, never shipped. No response to email or phone from Amazon or Yaheetech. Can't get a refund because I have no item to ship back. Can't cancel order because the item's shipping label makes it appear to be in transit. Totally ripped off by Yaheetech.
