My timeless sofa is great. The colour is exactly what I asked for. The leather is so soft. The design is classy and timeless. It is comfortable and a pleasure to sit on, as it is a sofa bed it is really practical and useful and is easy to pull out and put away. The company were professional and informative, doing what they said they would when they said they would. I would use them again tomorrow .

We found Timless on the internet after several virtual visits we took the plunge and a 600 mile round trip to the factory and were delighted with the staff and products on show our only reservation was the hight of the standard chesterfield and had the 5" legs everything is now excellent and we look forward to years of comfort and luxury. From ordering to delivey everything was first class including the two four seater chesterfields we now have in our house. They are hand made by real craftsmen which means they are well made and will give years of enjoyment. The leather is excellent and they are really comfortable. The company is really easy to deal with over the internet & phone and they will deliver anywhere. We are 200 miles away from their base but were dealt with as if we lived round the corner. Highly recommended.

I ordered swatches and they arrived the very next day, so I was able to choose and order asap. The service was brilliant, the sofa is amazingly good quality and the delivery guys were fantastic! I'm so very impressed, would recommend to all!

We had been looking for a leather sofa for a while and found this company just on Google. We liked the huge range of choice available, and that you could mock up your choice on the website. We weren't in any rush to buy one, but when we got an email from the company advertising a 0% finance offer and open weekend at the store, we decided it was time to go and have a look. It was worth the drive from Stafford to Bolton, we had a look round the workshop and the store and although we had to wait a while to be seen, it was a fast, painless process to get the finance and make our choice. We got a call from the shop to arrange delivery and all the info we needed through the post before the sofa arrived. The sofa is perfect for our home and we are really pleased with the whole experience from beginning to end.
