We chose timeless chesterfields as it was the only company that you could change your preferences online and then preview what it would actually look like. I am absolutely delighted with my new corner chesterfield sofa. The quality of the leather is superb - lovely soft and warm to touch and the colour is gorgeous. The delivery guys were fantastic - it was late evening by the time they reached my address (North-East Scotland) and they had to sleep in their lorry overnight isn't he way home. However they took their time to ensure that they didn't leave any marks in my new carpet, took all packaging/ rubbish away and offered to rearrange my furniture to ensure that everything was as I wanted it. Would definitely recommend Timeless Chesterfields to my friends/family.

From the day we visited the showroom and ordered or suite, the sales staff were extremely helpful,keeping us informed at every stage what was happening. When we received a phone call to inform us the delivery date it was earlier then expected.On arrival of our furniture we were REALLY pleased with the quality and style, so much so that we are going to order a matching footstool(wish i had ordered it with my main order!) seriously! its my life sofa, i have decided to live on the sofa for a month and to document how much my life improves because of it. anyway yeah look its great company all friendly all helpful song and dance staff who are genuinely usefull. they took around 3.5 weeks to make my sofa and didnt ask for full payment till the end, which is nice. they made sure everything was perfect (perfect meaning, nicest i could get) nice to see a company with both positive attitudes of corporate and family run, very appreciated. only one bad point, i have now received over 10 letters through the course of this transaction. i appreciate being up to date on things however you dont need to send me a tree. stick with emails and one or two very simple letters guys. it will save you money.

We chose our two seater leather chesterfield sofa by a combination of viewing the website and chatting to a customer services adviser. By the end of the conversation I knew exactly what I was going to order (and swatches were even sent a few days later to confirm). Overall, this was a first class service from that first telephone conversation to the day the sofa arrived. The value for money is beyond belief and far superior to any sofa being offered by those familiar furniture high street chains! The quality of our sofa is excellent and it looks very expensive.

I bought two classic chesterfield chairs and a large sofa from Timeless Chesterfields and I am very satisfied with my purchase! The furniture is very comfortable, the leather is of high quality and the price was very good. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that the transport manager, in spite of my timely warning, did not bother to check whether the company's delivery agent delivered furniture to private persons in Serbia. The fact that the delivery agent's branch in Belgrade indeed does only deal with companies (as I learned by contacting them myself prior to shipping) led to some additional and unnecessary hassle for me, along with some extra cost. When the furniture arrived in Serbia, I was contacted by the delivery agent and they told me that they could not deliver the furniture to me and that I needed to find and hire another local company to take the shipment from them, move the furniture to another customs warehouse and deal with all the customs procedures. All of this could be easily avoided if the Timeless Chesterfield's transport manager had taken my input a bit more seriously, checked whether the information that I got from the delivery agent's local branch was accurate and, since it was, suggested another delivery agent - the one that would do all the shipping and paperwork. My experience with Timeless Chesterfields was positive and, knowing that Serbia is not too frequent shipping destination for Timeless Chesterfield, I hope that my review will help both the company and the buyers living outside the EU.
