I have received the sofa(Knightsbridge, old english saddle, three seated) for about two months. Perfect sofa I have never seen before. I love the leather texture and the detail everywhere. Indeed, it glorys my living room and becomes the topic for everyone to my house. I am very satisfied with your sofa and may order another two chairs in the near future.

We ordered our 3-seater Chesterfield online, which was very easy to do. The site also enabled us to view our chosen product with all the specific features we were choosing as we were going along. This was massively helpful, and meant we could compare different looks before deciding. Delivery was efficient and friendly and the delivery chaps were clearly proud of the product (as well as brilliant with my 3 year old, who wanted to "help"). The product itself is beautiful, looks amazing and looks like it will withstand the attentions of our 2 small children (it has done very well thus far). Nothing but praise

My wife and I have been doing up the house for a while now, and the finishing pieces of furniture were crucial in making our home look and feel complete. Although I normally use the internet to find furniture and compare prices, I have never actually all taken a leap of faith and bought expensive furniture without viewing it first and trying it out in a showroom or store. The glossy looking hi-res pictures and website of Timeless was impressive but wasn't enough to completely convince me, as there are other companies in the same region who make similar types of furniture for much lower prices. After a half an hour session on the phone with the sales director, quizzing and seeking as much detail as I could grill out of him, my doubts were sufficiently allayed to allow me to place an order of two chesterfield winged chairs (a classic and a scroll) with footrest. However the moment of truth came when they were delivered around a month later. To my absolute delight (and relief) the chairs were truly immaculate in every respect. The build quality is clearly of a very high grade; materials (wood and leather) beautifully treated and finished; and the overall feel of sitting in the chairs ... well let's just say it put a smile on my face ! I have nothing but praise for Timeless Chesterfields products (I'm sure the same quality and care goes into their whole range of furniture) and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to family and friends. I'm an firm believer in paying a fair price for a quality product, and did think about ordering via the cheaper companies but I have no qualms with paying a higher price for a superior product which I am sure will last me a very long time.

We bought a beautiful sofa and 2 chairs from the very-reasonably-priced Ellington range - they are gorgeous, and we couldn't be happier with them.

The whole process was made easy from the beginning to end. Staff were very helpful and polite with all the queries I had. I was kept informed of all the stages in the making process right down to the Hide which made me feel more in control and positive about the items purchased. The delivery was later than agreed however I was kept updated at all times of their expected arrival. Again both staff were very friendly. I fell in love with the sofa & chair the minute they came off the van! The items are definitely high-end quality and very comfortable to sit on. All in all, one the best pieces I have ever purchased!

We wanted to buy British and couldn't find quality on the high street so after a search on the internet we happened upon Timeless. It's always a little daunting dealing with online suppliers especially when spending considerable money but from our initial enquiry we knew we would be ok. Our sofa had some bespoke changes and was delivered on time by lovely delivery men who actually work for the company (not couriers). We would not hesitate to recommend Timeless. Our sofa is far better quality than a similar version in M&S and cost less.
