After using Trophy for the past (almost) 11 years we moved from the North East to Lancashire 3 months ago and John and Marie have continued to look after us via DPD. We reordered from them yesterday and it was delivered today, fantastic service as always.

Matt from Torbay has been feeding my feline companions for around 8 years now. Even the snow in early 2018 didn’t stop him from getting through (south Devon roads are pretty hilly and windy). The care he shows for his animal customers is outstanding, with him going that extra mile for their wellbeing. Corporates could learn a great deal, following his example and cascading it down. I’m just outside his area now, so drive over to collect out of loyalty.

10 years of being a loyal customer, told to go elsewhere. Very disappointing from Trophy pet foods Stafford area. We understand inflation and price rises that’s totally understandable but when we were charged a large increase the next month without any notification at all, our local supplier stated it’s probably best for both of us if you find another supplier, after ten years of loyal and happy custom this is very disappointing. We have had zero communication and been ignored since this call Very very poor customer service

Luckily I was recommended to Trophy Pet Foods and I must say I am delighted with the efficient, friendly service I have received from the Agent, Mariem. I couldn't be happier. So where can I begin. We met Chris when our pup was 8 weeks old. Never forget the day Chris got attacked buy another dog but he still on insisted on serving us, he recommended things for our pup that I never would have heard of. I had German shepherd's in the past now I have lab. So Chris recommended the food and bed etc for bailey (our pup). Then I messaged Chris to see if I can have some food delivered (late in evening) Chris replied and this was quick and easy. However my card would not work I was at work at the time Chris said don't worry and do a bank transfer. Later on during the month I messaged Chris regarding puppy milk Chris said not worth it as it has everything in. Today we called into the shop and had a chat with him as I was told to by rabbit skin for the pup to stop it chewing Chris recommended better and more solid toys that bailey can't destroy in seconds. Chris is always on hand when I need advice for our dog cannot recommend him enough. If people like me having doubt etc please don't my lab is massive for his age and healthy so vets have said.

I have been a customer of Trophy Pet Foods for more than eight years and within the last year or so the customer service has deteriorated considerably. When I first placed an order in 2015 there was a local regional agent whom I could contact directly by phone and the order was generally delivered the next day. The local agent service has now disappeared and orders must be placed on the website. This year I placed an order on the website on 3 July and was told it would be delivered within five days - a fivefold increase on the previous level of service. Anyway, seven days later I was still waiting. I contacted customer service, who could not explain why I had not received the order, nor did I receive any form of an apology. On that occasion I was re-sent the order which arrived the next day after my complaint. Recently, on 24 September I placed another order. On 26 September I was notified by a customer services e-mail stating the order could not be fulfilled and I was offered a full refund which I accepted. I was told that it would take up to ten working days for the refund to appear in my account. More than ten working days later it had not appeared. On contacting customer service again I was told that the refund was in fact only completed yesterday (10 October) despite my being offered it on 26 September and that it would take an additional ten working days from yesterday for the refund to appear. This would make it nearly a month since the original order was placed. Something very bad has happened to this company whose service used to be so good and is now so poor. I will not be using them again nor would I recommend them to any pet owners.

Just would like to say waffle been on Tesco food for last wk, not only has he been mental but he's been acting weird and scatty, nervous and scared of things and most of all still hungry and obsessive over his food! He never does this on trophey! Just goes to show, u r what u eat. Love his food and love Ur service Xxx

I order my 2 dogs food from these guys for the first time. One of my dogs has bad skin allergies so i have to make sure the ingredients is a single protein Duck and no other types grains, maize etc. They made a mistake and said 3 days later the food was out of stock which yes i was not happy it took 3 days to tell me. But the guys Joe, sandra and scott done everything right to make sure i got my food in small bags and next day delivery. Also every email i sent was answered immediately and was so polite and helpful. And my dogs love the food too. Tracey

I have been a loyal customer for 4 years with no problems,but recently i had to order a different size food but the Rep told me she had a large bag which she delivered.....Trophy cancelled my order but i am still waiting for my Refund so i can pay my lovely lady.....Its been nrly 2 weeks now......Refunds are not hard so please refund me so i can pay.............

I have been using Trophy foods supplied to my door in south Manchester for a couple of years, and have had excellent service. Our dog can be fussy about his food and, after advice from the suppliers, he likes the chicken and rice and the Special food and thrives on it. I have had amazingly efficient and quick service, which has been so helpful when I have realised that I might run out of dog food at a holiday time. Also, the price is very reasonable. I would recommend this company without reservation.
