Trophy supplies great quality dog food and low costs. Although we no longer have a local franchise, delivery is consistently undertaken within 2 days.

I have been using Trophy dog food since my border collie Charlie was a puppy, he is 11 and a half now. He is healthy and happy never been to the vets ! Which I put down to good genes and good food, this is my first time ordering on line as I have always had a delivery man, he recently retired and myself and Charlie will miss his visits but wish him well. It was easy to order once I set up my page so next time will be much easier.

Communication was a bit lapse, after placing the order I received an email saying someone would be in touch, but only when I rang trophy myself did I find out when the dog food was going to be delivered. Other than that I very pleased with the delivery time and my mutt really likes the food.

Product is great, no local agent so order on line ok, then you are in the lap of the gods when it will arrive and which carrier on a unknown day and time, really easy one to sort.

My spaniels are 11 and 9, mum and son. Since the pup was born I have always had Trophy. I was in the supermarket looking at dog food and a woman said, don't buy that food, it's not good and gave me a number for a local Trophy supplier. I've never looked back. Mine have a 'lite' dry food and at night a little holistic wet food, as a treat, on top of the dry. They really are fit dogs and don't look or act their age. The food has everything in it to keep them healthy. Since the local supplier gave up, I order online and it is sent to me by mail. Should I need to discuss my order, there is someone at the end of the phone to help me. Excellent customer service and I wouldn't dream of buying any other dog food. My dogs love it and so do I!

John and Marie are our Barnard Castle suppliers. They are always quick to respond to dog food requests and have given us advice regarding our food supply from puppy to 9 month old. They are outstanding going above and beyond, we are travelling to Scotland for three weeks in a motorhome and they have organised a delivery for us when we arrive at our site. How brilliant is that. Great service and look forward to being supplied by them through our dogs life.
