Customers service is not really up to much. They wouldn’t award me due discount even though I had applied for it.

I Always buy Trophy food. Never gets refused by my dog, great value, perfect size for her to chew before swallowing and can be mixed with other food if needed.

Normally everything goes well when l order from Trophy however this time it didn’t. I ordered 2 bags of dog food in 2 different varieties but they sent 2 bags of the same one. I sent an email explaining what had happened and l received a very prompt reply. The problem was sorted out very quickly and hopefully l will soon have the varieties l require. I would normally give 5 stars.

The Trophy rep who came out to meet Milo was very helpful and informative. Although it did take two weeks for Milo’s stools to firm up he has now started to gain weight and enjoys his food.

After using Trophy for several years we tried Tails. Our Westie went brown around mouth. Went back to Trophy.....all good again. Sky loves the food and company is excellent to deal with.

My dog loves this dry food. You get so much for your money we will be ordering regularly now.

Our Labrador had been suffering some stomach issues. Mathew spent a good deal of time at our house giving us advice. I took his advice and Coco now has perfect poo’s and no wind, his coat is shiny and he’s happier in himself!!!

After being a dog owner for over 24years I have never learnt so much about dog nutrition after spending an hour with Matt. Our dog was very poorly with colitis and after two weeks with the knowledge and assistance from Matt our dog is back to it’s normal self. I can’t recommend Matt enough, Matt had our dogs welfare at heart with no pressure to buy from him.

Have bought from Trophy for the past 12 years and both my dogs have always enjoyed the kibbles. My vet always remarks on how healthy their teeth are and their coats have a lovely shine.

Efficient service and high quality kibble and canned products which my two golden retrievers enjoy very much .

the tins, chews and treats are fab from here , we buy them regularly for our furbaby. Deliveries are on time and easy to order online and if you need to contact them they are fabulous.

After some initial gliches with updated website, Trophy on line ordering once again straightforard with exceelnt delivery. Wish that they could revert to just delivering the 15kg sacks without the cardboard outer (which is tedious to crush down for disposal inour recycling bags!)

We’ve been using Trophy Pet Foods for a couple of years now. The whole process works for us. The dogs love the food, they are healthier than they were on their previous supermarket bought food. The online ordering in a bulk15kg bag does two dogs for just over a month, delivered to the door at a really good price too. I would highly recommend
