Very unimpressed that they have reduced the size of their 15kgs dog food to 14kgs and yet charging the exact amount of money. They have now lost me as a client.

We have been using Trophy for many years and our dogs are always complemented by the vets on their good condition. If the Vet is happy and the dogs too, then so are we. Why change what clearly works well?

Sadly the lovely chap who used to deliver on Isle of Wight is no longer doing so. However, I found your site very easy to use a d delivery was very quick. Only niggle was the packaging had cone apart but did not affect the bag of dry food. So excellent service, fast delivery and a happy dog

Ordered 2 bags of surf and turf working dog food only received one bag of working dog food and one bag of ordinary pet dog food

Very helpful when I emailed for advice about changing to a different type of food for our dog. I was given a good explanation which helped my decision. I had to email again when I was trying to work out quantities. Once again a very helpful email and quick reply. Have used Trophy now for about 6 years and our orders are quickly dispatched. My daughter also uses them and we are very pleased with the food, as are our dogs.
