Really simple process but there was no leaflet included in the original order that would have had the reference code on to register my account. Therefore I had to frantically search for a help number which actually was quite easy. I rang the number and it was answered quite quickly and the lady on the phone asked me to forward my confirmation of order email, which I did and she immediately sent me a code by email. I followed the instructions and was duly sent the results quickly and concisely. All in all a simple service to use, as long the registration code is included in the order! Was due to go to USA and could have done without the stress but all was well in the end.

Bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Excellent kit and right on time. I've been ripped off by a couple of the cheaper labs and was happy to pay for the security when going away

Ordered the test which arrived quickly. On the day of the test, I registered online (small issue with date format on mobile phone, so had to do it on a desktop). Did test and uploaded photo around 6.30pm, so expected verification and certificate the next day, it actually came through that evening. Excellent service, thanks

The fit to fly test was competitively priced, good value, and I liked that I could order a nasal only swab test. Easy to order online and arrived promptly. A good video on the website to watch showing what to do with the test in terms of labelling and packaging it up. I could track the package, and received an email confirming receipt. Test result emailed to me four and half hours later. Brilliant!

If you’re worried about the turn around of the results for the antigen tests, don’t as they were as promised and it was a really easy process

Easy to order. Quick delivery. Simple to do lft same as the NHS ones I had. Easy to report result and quick to email back result. Have now travelled to destination (Cayman islands) and emailed certificate was checked and accepted at immigration.
