We never recieved our results.. the prwsdure and stress of waiting and not being able to reach anyone at myhealth checked to discuss it was very disappointing! We ended up being tested at drive through in Heathrow. We purchased the home test kit for a pcr fit to fly certificate as it was required as part of the landing declaration to get into AU. Our flight was scheduled for Thursday morning and we tested ourselves Monday mid day(within 3 days of flying) we posted our kits in a priority box and saw via royal mail that our parcel was received within 2 hours. However we never received results from myhealth checked. I continued to check on Royal mail and myhealth checked website... I also phoned and used the ring back service I was offered....I was not successful at reaching a human from my health checked despite numerous attempts. We ended up driving to Heathrow for testing the day before our flight. Don't waste your time.... use a service that provides quick results and offers human interaction if required!

Its simple to use, just do the lateral flow test and upload a photo of the result. Then the certification is sent to your email, my only took 30 minutes to be return back to me.

Everything was smooth and easy, it's probably not your call (probably belongs to Boots) but a pdf receipt attachment would be better than a plain text email for proof of purchase.
