I used this service as I was ill from work for 3 weeks but wasn't entitled to Company Sick Pay at the time. I received the money I asked for very quickly and was very happy with the service. I had an issue paying back the loan early but one conversation to a woman on the online chat sorted it out and I managed to save over a hundred pounds on paying it back early, I would recommend to anyone who needed some small amount of cash and could pay it back soon

I've used this site a couple of times and it's brilliant. The help service is quick and easy, and paying back early cuts off a lot of interest! Recommended company.

I applied online, approved instantly and told the money would be in my account 'within 15 minutes' but 9 hours later no money had arrived, so I emailed them to query this and eventually got a response telling me they needed additional information. I emailed them the requested documents and then received a call from them telling me AGAIN that the loan had been approved and the money would be in my account 'shortly'. About 10 minutes after this call they sent me an email stating 'After careful consideration we have decided we can not approve you for a loan'. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing in this company. They messed me around for roughly 36 hours and told me twice I had been approved and that the money would be transferred to my bank account and then told me the complete opposite. I'd rather do without in future than deal with people like these cowboys ever again!

I needed to postpone my payments due to an unexpected loss of income. Lashanda (online chat member of staff) really helped me out and went beyond what I had hoped would be possible. Thank you very much!

I've had several loans off this company and continue to use them, generally i pay off my loans early and save a fortune, unlike other users i found early repayment easy by online chat, although i do agree there's not much wording on the site on how to do this, a big selling point quick quid seem to miss is there is no silly charges for paying off early that was my only worry about taking out a loan in the first place as i knew it would be paid sooner than agreed, highly recommended :)

I have found it useful to have quick access to money. Was a bit perplexed by sudden changes to the way they work. Could have done with a month or two more notice that it was going to change in order to plan my finances accordingly. I find it most frustrating that you cannot pay loan off early online. Also, when I lost my card and got a new one I forgot to let them know and didn't get any kind of email from them to let me know it hadn't gone through. Luckily I was able to check up on it fairly early in the day and worked out what had happened. Always find having to phone up a bit long winded, though. So, pluses: Fast, Over several months, Interest fairly reasonable for this type of loan. Negatives: Paying off interest first means more interest payable the more months you have loan for, Uneven payments due to interest only, Make it as awkward as possible to repay early (surely not a responsible way of lending money!)

i.e. generally if you take these loans you're pretty bad with finances (or have no better options) - they don't have a repay early online option, instead making you ring or do it online through someone called Charles etc who is obviously a robot or someone with bad English skills copying from a script, this, and i'm sure they know, increases the likelihood of you taking out more. They also make it a lot more complicated to use than Wonga - I've never drunkenly taken out a 3 month loan with Wonga! There fees aren't too bad if I'm honest but the service is a lot slower than Wonga - who i'm sure just have another Charles clicking Accept repeatedly Still could always cost less, i did find one pay day lender about half the price of these guys and i can't for the life of me remember! Goes to show the type of people who use these! And on that note, i'm going to go workout how i pay back all the insane amounts of money i owe with my not high paying job, tallyho!

A company that makes it as difficult as possible to make early loan repayments, meaning your accounts stays open making only minimum payments, effectively only paying off interest. DO NOT USE

Very good experience. Helped me out of a tight spot. Online customer service chat excellent. Not cheap but then emergency borrowing never is!

i was with them sometime and was great when you can get a loan and spread the cost over 9 mths helped me a lot then they changed rules so did not look a long standing people they said the govement changed the rules . so you get a loan over 3 mths thinking of the loan is going over 3 month no you pay the interet only on the 1st two month and they full amonut on the 3rd . so i am not goiing to cancel my account

Why do they still not have a payoff option?? Is this so people think they cant unless they read the small print and continue to pay the full intrest, insert a payoff button clear for your customers to see rather than having to call you or go through one of the LONG live chats of having to confirm more security details TWICE even tho ive logged into my "SECURE" account and im wanting go give money back!!

After being a long standing customer with Quick Quid...I was expecting better communication from them. Usually they send emails left, right and centre. My payment was due on the Friday, and I hadn't updated my recently lost debit card on their system, instead of making me aware on the same day, the fact that they couldn't take the money out, they left it till 3 days later, after which time, the amount to pay had doubled. I paid the minute I received the email, same way I would have done if they told me on the day it was supposed to go out. Absolutely disgusted by this. Won't be using them again and certainly won't be recommending them.

Just tried to reduce my loan to reduce the interest due, was told I can't and that the payment will go towards interest, not from the loan amount. I'm going to pursue this as its not allowed.

Been using quick quid for a good while. I accidentally did not update my debit card and because my payment didn't go through they immediately charged me fifteen quid. I've never ever missed a payment before and I updated my card immediately after finding out and they still stung me.. They've lost a loyal customer

Extortinate interest rates, bad online help. They don't actually help you, more push you into calling their American call center, Nice enough staff (mostly females), but because of the thick accents, can be challenging to understand them on times. Online help should be more comprehensive. These folks, along with one of their other trading styles, pounds-to-pocket, merely prey like all the others on people who cannot get help elsewhere. It may be quick and easy, but it sure ain't recommended! There simply MUST be a government regulation on these companies charging such high rates to the most vulnerable.

Took a £350 loan out no problem.. About a week before loan due to be repaid car needed repairs which cost me £230.. This left me short..as luck would have it quick quid sent me an email saying that I could roll over the loan over 3 month..great I thought this would sort me out... Went online to sort out.. everything agreed... But guess what took whole payment anyway and left me short .. I would avoid payday loans at all costs especially this one

After attempts of sorting payment plan which suited me they continuously throw a 'hardship' form at you to fill of many questions- yet if you state what you can/ are willing to pay then they should just accept that and place the payment plan forward- incredibly time consuming and I'm not best pleased with how I'm being treated in respect of not feeling that I'm being understood of my simplest request. Avoid cause they're just a nightmare
