Do not trust this company, the interest rates are astronomical and there customer service is not at all friendly. Having complained to the company they do not reply with any help regarding the complaint and then keep bombarding you with questions you are most unlikely to be able to answer. They will not consider your financial position and even lend to you if you are unable to afford the repayments, no checks are done to make sure you can afford the loans.

Worst company ever!! even out of all the payday lenders this is by far the worst! For a start they prey on vulnerable people knowing you are only borrowing off them if you are desperate, if you arn't then why borrow from a company with an APR of 1294.1% ?? I now know better as had buried my head in the sand back then but then they should have seen it from my borrowing over nearly 2 years!! there are many other lenders out there with a much much lower rate(wasn't back then). my main point is I made a complaint to this company about the irresponsible lending that they made to me and raised several points in my complaint - many of these points were ignored by their standard response which they kept me waiting 9 weeks for! they had no intention of settling my complaint even from a customer service point of view, month in month out they were happy to keep lending me £1200 even though I would keep reborrowing within days of paying money back to them - why would I have done that if their loans were affordable? also loans for short term use only? nearly 2 years isn't short term!! The law is there to protect customers from bad lending and this company flouted those laws. Nothing Quick about making a complaint to this company!! Now passing my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman and I suggest if you have been borrowing for more than 4 months in a row from this company that you make a complaint asap !!

Formerly a customer of QuickQuid, but no longer fortunately! I recently put in a complaint to them, well I say recently, it was over 8 weeks ago and they've still not been able to resolve it, which I feel is unacceptable for a company of this scale. I have now put in a complaint to the Ombudsman and will do the same to the FCA about their conduct.

I have borrowed twice from this company and I must say they are most nicest people to speak to and very helpful and I can't thank them enough, I have not had any problems with borrowing money or paying back. All the agreements are written in black and white and there no hidden costs, u will only end up paying more if u don't keep up with ur agreement which is more than fair, I will use again

Tried for a loan in 2012. Was rejected. Circumstances have now changed so tried again but wnt let me apply again 4 years later. Say they take factors into consideration which is funny because I have not given them any updated details since 2012.

I took out a loan with quick quid and was refused a second loan, even though my credit score was still the same and I made all my repayments on time, interest is also very high. I will not be using this company again.

If people knew how to handle loans, and only take out credit they can afford to pay back then there is no reason to rate this company bad. I spoke to a lovely lady called Laura from the Illinois call centre, she was lovely to speak to and was very helpful. Great service all round from quickquid. Going by a bad review doesn't say a lot about you as a person other than being judgemental. The bad reviews come from people who's Eyes are too big for their pockets. At the end of the day quick quid is a business so they are going to make money from you. You would never find a call centre here in the England that is that friendly and helpful. I've had a great customer experience. Thank you quick quid but most of all thank you Laura from the Illinois call centre for being such a pleasure to speak to. So much of a pleasure that I've even sent an email compliment/praise to quickquid themselves.

Very poor they couldnt give me a decision i verified is over the phon and sent my bank statements in 48 hours later still no news and live chat very unhelpful

I took a loan of £200, They gave me 2 repayment dates 1st of april and 15th of april. 1st of april came and i had enough money to repay the first amount however no payment was taken out of my bank. after 3 days they sent an email saying that I have to pay £92 as I have missed my first repayment date. They charged me £15 for paying late when it was their fault in the first place for not taking the money from my bank. This company is a scam. I even should them my bank statement showing no money being taken out by them on the 1st yet they still took £92 from me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

They accept loans quite easy and always offer discounts, yet the interests are still very high. And you can't make early payment online you have to call them everytime, a bit inconvenient.

There is no way to pay your loan online unless you speak with their customer service online whose accent is very difficult to understand. The interest rates are too much and I will not be using them again.

They make problems deleting an account and data. They can probably accept the fact that they lose the customer.

well i took a £50 loan as i was in some trouble, they paid me an hour later, i forgot my payment dates so the woman (tiffany) on the chat service was really helpful and polite 10/10 for an affordable loan, 10/10 for custoer service

Honestly, as payday loans go, they have good customer service and value loyalty. I don't get accepted for any loans, even payday loans. But quickquid always accept, and I always pay within the dates. It's an agreement of trust, and I know how much i'm paying back. Yes it's expensive, but they're the best of a last choice.

Been using quick quid for 9 months never missed a payment and always on time paid back £432 on 15.12.2015 needed a bit to see me through Christmas , declined !!! No reason given even on live chat just told not eligible even though been a brilliant payer left me short 😩

I took out a quick quid loan and everything was fine, money got on top off me and I fell into arrears I then entered a debt management plan and organized my debt My debt management planned finished on Monday the 7.12.2015 its now the 9.12.2015 I have been contacted 10 plus times trying to get me to take out a new loan this is disgusting and I will be making a complaint. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!! They want you to default!!!!!!
