Boiler not going off, engineer came out but was not sure if it needed a n electrician, he arrived the next day, first guy had fixed it but did not know it, electrician made him aware, very good service!! Thanks guys

The guys that installed the panels worked really quickly and efficiently and the installation took hardly any time at all. They were also clean and tidy and apart from the new panels on the roof, you wouldn't know they'd been there. The electricians arrived later in the day and also worked quickly and efficiently. A small problem with the electrics occurred the next day which was very quickly rectified once the electrician was aware of it. No complaints at all, would highly recommend.

Complete no fuss approach. the engineer arrived and got straight down to the servicing work, carried out all his tests and checks, presented his work sheet for signature and went on his way rejoicing. The engineer was a very friendly, cooperative person and most helpful, particularly noticeable as I am disabled

The Engineer was on time and spent 1 hour at the property. I highlighted the issue with the bathroom radiator rusting at the bottom ( second radiator fitted here) and I would hope that this has been recorded on my file for change out when a new radiator is available?

We had a water leak from our water tank which is in the attic and saw water damage on the ceiling on a Sunday and were so stressed about this. I called on the Sunday and were able to talk to someone which arranged for Tony to call me back so we had a WhatsApp video call so he could see and assess the situation. On Monday morning early Colin arrived and sorted out the problem and explained to us what happened. Thankfully it was just a little air pressure and all was fixed easilly. I'm really happy and thankful for their prompt response and help.

The roofers and electrician that carried out my installation were very professional and completed the job well within the day. The electrician gave me an in depth handover after the installation and explained how it all worked and got me set up with the app.

Hybrid Bosch air source heat pump Initial contact with staff was excellent and first representative very pleasant. It was only when we reached installation that we realised that the first representative had not given us a clear explanation of the scale of the equipment that would be installed. By this time we had paid our first instalment and decide to go ahead. Despite having a pre-installation survey, several issues arose when the installation started. Despite knowing that the heat pump was to be wall mounted, no wall brackets were available so installation could not be completed in the two day timeframe. The handover was very hurried and little meaningful information was supplied other than, “just control it with your Nest thermostat”.

Extremely professional and very patient as getting funding was a long process for myself. Great communication once everything was was given the green light. Would highly recommend as all installers were efficient and respectful and every person I spoke too on the phone were very helpful.

Engineer was excellent did a very good job - had difficulty contacting Greener Energy finally spoke to a human after 3 attempts and they did not seem to know if the engineer was going to come.

The Solar panels and the workmanship are excellent. However we are having an issue with a dongle that does not work and communication is really disappointing

The engineer that carried out the service was very friendly and attentive. Had no issues on the day. My only reason for not giving the full score it I found it difficult to get in touch with after sale to report a fault and to book in the service. I eventually got through to someone via the out of hours emergency line at the weekend. But when I did speak to an agent and then also to an engineer about the fault, the service was great.

I gave a 5 star rating as this company has shown to me that it really does care about customer service and experience in dealing with them. Every member of staff I dealt with either in person, by phone or email were very professional in their manner and all queries dealt with promptly and courteously. The installation team arrived on time, got the job done and made sure to tidy up before they left. It was so refreshing to have tradesmen around who were on point and clearly enjoyed working with their clients. David the electrician was amazing and so efficient. He also took time to explain the workings of the new set up. A great all round experience. Well done Greener Energy Group 👏

Sales communication, coordination of installation and payment all very efficient. Installation of Solar Panels and ASHP good, but quality of workmanship during installation was inconsistent and needed to be watched. It took over a month to connect my underfloor heating to the ASHP, an explanation was never given. A technical problem with the solar battery not communicating with pure-drive Inverter has never been unresolved. Greener Energy Group no longer answer my emails leaving me to sort this out myself. Update Sept 22 - I contacted Puredrive (Manufacturer) directly 01386 577845 (select 4) and spoke to customer service. They advised that an incorrect comms cable had been installed and sent me (FOC) a grey communication cable. I arranged a time for them to call me back so that they could walk me through the installation and battery software update. All fixed now but had to do it myself, hence the rating. Update 29th Aug. 23 - Vaillant have conducted the first annual service of my ASHP. The engineer said that the install was good and therefore I have increased the rating accordingly. However, per my SOLIS comment above, I have had to research the ASHP settings to ensure that it provides background heating energy efficiently and at an economical rate.

I had an Air source heat pump fitted earlier this year with the Greener Energy Group and we discussed Solar Panels at the time. Munro gave us advice and a provisional plan for when we were in a position to go ahead with this. There was no pressure to buy at the same time. They took into account our circumstance and were very supportive. We contacted Munro several months later and we updated the proposal and went ahead with organising the installation. The only delay (through no fault of Greener Energy Group) was the scaffolding we would need which is externally resourced. With good communication from the team this was resolved and we now have completed our installation yesterday. The Roofing team that came to install were friendly and respectful and worked hard to get all 13 panels installed in the afternoon. Dan the electrician was extremely friendly and supportive and talked through where to have the battery fitted, the unit and set up the App to enable us to monitor our usage. Finally, the team in the office have always been extremely friendly and informative when making their calls and the customer service has been excellent. I would highly recommend them as a company.
