I recently had an installation of 12 solar panels, inverter, battery and EV car charger . Everything was easy and straightforward from the start. A sales op came within a day of my initial contact with Greener Energy and explained what it consisted of and what savings I could make over a year and further on. Price given and no hidden charges. I accepted there and then although I did opt for extra panels than I actually was told I needed as I wanted to future proof my home in case I ever sold it. The panel installers showed me on arrival how the panels actually fit onto my roof the the electrician arrived and explained the inverter and battery to myself. Workmanship was great,no upheaval,only noise was some drilling and all the guy’s were really friendly and approachable. All the work was done in a day and everything had been fine. Really pleased with the equipment installed and the workmanship standards. You don’t even see wires anywhere. Great work all round

With the crazy extravagant rise in energy bills I decided to get a final 3rd quote from an Energy company that could provide sound up to date advice and provide my home with a modern cost saving solution and massively reduce our carbon footprint. The Greener Energy group did exactly what I was after. A subject matter expert showed up just 1 day after my enquiry and overall they seemed to be slightly more expensive than previous quotes but were the only company to offer a financial incentive and had a safe external body EPVS to validate their work with a customer care team actually dedicated to their customers. I was given a 3 week instal date which seem very quick to be done over 1 day. That seemed to be quite a quick turn around so waited in anticipation for this to happen. I was however a bit disappointed when the electrician went sick and had to wait a further 3 weeks for the instal to be commissioned but these things can happen. The company are clearly very busy with demand but do provide the goods and I must admit that their customer service after sale team are dedicated at providing the service expected. With a Solar and battery storage system in place I am seeing massive savings already and I’m glad overall that I chose this company over cheaper company’s with a less stable customer support network. Due to the delay of instal I was provided with a M&S voucher for £50 which did soften the blow and will help towards a nice Xmas family meal. Overal the Greener Energy Group are a Great customer focused team that more than earn my recommendation to anyone looking to lessen their carbon footprint and reduce their energy bills. Thanks 🙏

All the staff from start to finish in the office and on site were terrific and very helpful (a couple of exceptions) I would have given 5 stars plus but the PV panel fitter made a mess of putting up the panels and although in the end the problems were sited out one of the managers didn’t put enough emphasis on getting the job sorted. It took a month to get the system sited and up and running. In total I had to be available in 8 days to get the system in. And I felt I was having to make myself a nuisance to get any movement. If the job had been done well to begin with I’m sure I would have had no issues.

Greener Energy just completed installation of solar panels and battery. Customer Service was excellent throughout. They helped me through the home energy application and kept in touch. Installation was quick and easy, efficient, no mess. Folks turned up as planned, no issues. Really happy with the service and would recommend.

From customer service to installation the entire process was well explained and easy. Currently loving the new radiators as they've made the house nice and toasty. Greener energy fitted ten solar panels to the roof of my property, and also battery storage, the engineers were courteous / friendly and had the job completed by midday. The electrician worked along side and also installed the car charger, this was completed and the system was making electricity for me by early afternoon. Tony at the office was very helpful when organising the install date and Martin provided technical expertise relating to the wi fi dongle and SEG. I very much appreciated their valuable knowledge and assistance, nothing was too much trouble. I am currently organising my smart export guarantee and Martin has also been assisting with that. I am now waiting for my electricity supplier to action things from their end. Overall I cannot recommend Greener Energy highly enough, I am very pleased with my installation and its performance.

We have just had solar PV panels fitted from Greener Energy Group and the whole experience has been excellent. First of all we got a callback to arrange a quote from Craig, we got a call the night before to confirm what time he would arrive. When he arrived, he was very polite and knowledgeable, he answered any questions we had immediately. We got our quote there and then, it had a link to the quote which shows a lot of information on how much you are likely to generate during each month. He was never pushy in the least and gave us time to think about the quote. Once we decided to go ahead we paid a small deposit and then got booked in for a time that was suitable to us. The guys fitting the panels (Ian - electrician and Lee - roofer) were very polite and took our points of view into account, rather than what was easiest for them. Their standard of workmanship is excellent, Ian took me through how to operate the app that tells you how much electricity is being generated by the panels, we opted for the WiFi dongle to allow us to see this. Finally, after installation, the office staff called, he was very polite and friendly on the phone, the final payment was then paid. I would not hesitate to recommend Greener Energy Group as our overall experience from start to finish has been an enjoyable one.

Agreed to get solar panels fitted on 5th August and paid the deposit. Was told fitting would be end of August. Very poor communication from the company after that. Seemed the only time things got moving was when I phoned. When the office was busy and it went to the answering machine nobody returns your call. Finally got a date to fit on 15th November, 10 weeks later than promised. (2 weeks of this delay, to be fair, was waiting for SPenergy to issue a safety certificate). Anyway had enough and canceled.

Our system wasn't performing in the way we had set it up. It wasn't reaching the desired temperature. The staff member was very good at spending time assessing the problem and talking us through the issues and how the system works. He also proposed and implemented some adjustments to our system which should fix the problem. He listened well and made sure we understood what he was telling us.

Was told the radiators I bought could be controlled via smartphone but currently the tech had teething problems. I waited over a year and contacted Wibo directly. They told me the radiator and tech I had been sold were old model and not compatible with WiFi/smartphone.

I was giving 5 stars before installation. But afterwards I think they can have 2 stars. Very helpful before final payment which has been made before full installation. Still do not have my WiFi to my solars. Phoned them many times, agreed even I will install it myself. Apparently sent it to me. Over week passed still not arrived. But anyway should be their staff coming and finalise completion of the work.

Service Engineer, Martin Lobjoie, very experienced and had a very good understanding of the heating system. He was very informative and explained the process of having the heating system serviced. He ran through any difficulties I might encounter and how I could resolve the situation. Lovely person to chat to: friendly, cheery and very patient. I have had the heating system for a year. Running costs are much lower than having old storage heaters. Lovely to have a system that I can control. Martin commented on the good job the initial installation team had done with my heating system.

Initially a very good experience. Surveyor was really pleasant and the installation team worked their socks off to get the installation done in the face of extreme difficulties when we got the panels fitted in November 2021. However, the aftersales support is dire. Phone calls never returned when you're promised them, electricians not turning up to fix problems when they said they would be out. We're currently without battery backup for our system and have been for the last four weeks [Still well within a year of the installation date]. This caused a problem with the downstairs power sockets as they were linked, in that, when there was a power cut then the battery would power the sockets. We were without power in our downstairs sockets, freezer and fridge were included in this, for 5 nights, each for over 12 hours at a time, over the past two weeks. After several phone calls and e-mails, eventually an electrician appeared who advised it shouldn't have been wired up that way in the first place and proceeded to do a "fix". Well, I still cannot switch on the backup battery and now the car charger won't work either. If I enable the car charger on the RCD unit, it eventually trips taking the downstairs sockets with it. After an e-mail stating that I was taking legal advice on my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I've eventually got someone booked to come out and do a software update on the inverter/battery, but still no sign of an electrician, nor, any phone call from senior management that I was promised. I've now resorted to getting my own electrician out to look at the problem and I will be billing Greener Energy. All in all, I would stay well clear as they're happy to take your money but not willing to fix any issues.

I’ll keep this simple . They do not do Rosemary tiles (older orange coloured tiles). The first question you think they would ask is ‘do you have rosemary tiles?’ but no, let’s go through all of the questions , I’ll arrange a time for myself and my wife to be in for the survey and chat, rush back from work and then you can cancel on the day. I would have went 1 star but the guy who was coming out (Brian?) was really decent and took the time to talk me through this and apologise. It’s a trickier install and they have too much business coming in just now. Brian good. The rest crap.

We had a 5KW system with battery installed. The service was fantastic. Very friendly, very helpful all the way through. The work was carried out in a day. I wish I'd got panels sooner; it's extremely satisfying knowing our energy is directly from the sun. We barely use the grid anymore and export quite a lot of energy. In Summer we can put fans on totally guilt free. Not to mention, it will save our family money in the long run.

Yesterday afternoon (17/10/22) I had occasion to go into the A.S.H.P plant cupboard to recover a small pair of pliers to do a small job in the kitchen and as I always do I took a brief look around to check things over and noticed that a filter was leaking a little and was leaving an accumulating rusty looking deposit that was forming all over the filter case and it appeared that the source of the leaking water was coming from the upper end of the unit. I rang your number which was passed over to a service handler to report the issue. The following morning I telephoned again to be told that the issue dad already been passed to an engineer (Paul) and arrived at around 11:10 a.m. Paul wasted no time at all and took the filter case apart and removed the upper filter gasket and reassembled and return the system to active service and was on his way to his next call. This has been a feel good experience and any fears of things been worse were quickly dispelled and I have been left warm and cosy . So to people contemplating having such a system fitted can rest assured that they won't be left in the cold should anything go wrong. In short " What might have seemed possibly a long drawn out problem was handled promptly and without any fuss".
