The work was split into 2 sets of workmen. The solar panels were very quickly installed by 1 group and another came and done the electrical side. I got a battery storage and EV charging point as well as the solar panels so the electrical side took a few hours to do. All workmen were polite and helpful with any questions, they even helped me to set up the mobile phone app. When they finished, the area was tidied up. I happily recommend them as an installer.

a bit of difficulty setting up an appointment but when we got one, the engineer was informative and helpful. I was surprised that paperwork still had to be filled out in person with carbon paper copies but the engineer came out to the house so we could sign. Think that really needs updating. We bought a flat using online signing! Radiators fitted where we wanted them after discussion with engineer. Engineer was tidy. Radiators seem to work very quickly and warm the room. We'll have to wait to see what the bills are like. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

I have been very impressed by all of the work done for me by Greener Energy. (Solar panels and battery installation as well as underfloor insulation). From the initial discussions to completion of the jobs communication has been excellent. I recently needed a repair carried out to the underfloor insulation after water leaked from my boiler. Within 10 days of being given the go-ahead the job was completed. I highly recommend this company.

Our air source heat pump broke and we contacted greener energy who arranged the company who the warranty was with to fix it. The unit was condemned by the engineer but they couldn’t replace the unit for two weeks. While it falls under the remit of the warranty company to fix, I rang Greener Energy on the chance they could do it sooner. Two days later 6 folk turned up and it was replaced and our house was warming up within two hours. Really appreciate this good service during a busy time of year. Thank you.

We were welcomed with very pleasant workmen to install our solar panels. They Explained in detail what they were doing and advised us of what we should do with the product once installation was complete. Clean and tidy both during and after the work. The job was done efficiently and with care.

Paul arrived to do our service and was very efficient and friendly. We had heat pumps installed by Greener Energy 2 years ago and they have proved excellent so far, reducing our electricity bills by almost half. The house is warm and there is plenty hot water.

Greener Energy have now put right nearly all aspects previous work carried out. Some work could not be done but I'm happy to live with this. The new manager came to my home to discuss the problems and I am now happy with the work carried out by his new members of staff. Thanks to them in particular. I am extremely happy with the heat source now, its working a treet. Their customer service has taken a major step forward and hopefully will continue to do so.

Greener Energy did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it then they said they would, The men were efficient, tidy and polite. They explained what they were doing at each step of the installation and consulted where there were options.

Air source pump breakdown reported but took a second call and day longer than would have liked to get an engineer in. Once a faulty part was replaced things back to normal. Engineer Martin L very helpful/informative and respected distance/masked in property.

Had a great service visit today from engineer Martin Lobjoie. Given information on how to best run the heating system and the general operation. The Engineer arrived within the given time window and was very friendly, chatty and polite. The overall service from greener energy group has been great from the first contact with them.

Excellent follow up visit to rectify an issue. The engineer Martin Lobjoie was very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. The fault took some time to resolve and Martin spent the time explaining what needed to happen. I have yet to write my review of the Air source heat pump and installation but I am giving it some time over the winter as to give a full and honest review. Very happy so far mind you.

Decided to invest in the solar panels and arranged for them to come and fit them today. So efficient. Solar panels 14 in total fitted in an hour and connected ready to go by two hours. Hopefully my electricity bill will come down to! Thanks to Greener Energy
