THIS IS A SCAM!!! Never use Easy Limo!!!!!!!!! Firstly I did not receive any confirmation email with the reservation, they took my card details through the phone which is not secure at all without mentioning that the guy who I spoke with asked was flirting with me, even asked for my social media account!! Incredibly unprofessional!!!! No one informed us that the driver was going to collect the money before the tour started so we lost a lot of time collecting the money as we were so many girls and we had to count it. We paid much more money of the original price but we didn't realise in that moment and they don't give a receipt so now we have no way to probe that they cheated us!!! During the tour we tried to play our music so we were told by the driver that there was a cable which didn't fit on any phone and he didn't inform us that there was Bluetooth!!! The driver also dropped us 5 min earlier before the time!!! We called the company to give our feedback and we only got insults from them like we are lairs, shouts and they finally hung up the phone!!! Don't book with them, they are SCAMMERS!!! We will definitely sue them!!!!

We booked our corporate event with Easy limo. We had two limos, both arrived on time, full of drinks as promised with professional drivers. Overall fantastic night out for the staff and excellent team building event...

A Brilliant night was had by all of us, we hired a white hummer for my 40th Birthday, excellent service, the driver was amazing & so helpful, highly recommend this company to make any special occasion extra special.

Amazing experience! I don't get the 1 star reviews below and wouldn't rely on them as don't seem representative of the service! It was six of us, a sort of old friends reunion! Some many smiles and countless memories shared in a great atmosphere of a limo! At first we wanted a drop of journey but after having such a great time with free drinks we decided to extended the ride by additional 2 hours! And the price was still reasonable especially when split between all of us! The booking was smooth and completed after paying a small deposit! And if i wanted to change a colour of a limo it was smoothly arranged a week before the journey (We booked a pink limo in the end). Driver was punctual and professional yet minded his own business without chatting us up as often happens during girls night out! Highly recommended and will book again! Thanks easy limo!

Find another provider is my simple advice. Booked a limo weeks in advance for my sister’s 30th birthday on a Saturday in December. Details were incorrect on confirmation email so these had to be corrected. Reconfirmed the booking on the day, having paid deposit, and they said all was ready. They ended up being 2 hours late, pretending like they didn’t know about the traffic in London, so I had to cancel. I received no apology email, despite sending my own email expressing my disappointment. Definitely not reliable, avoid.

After the limo arrived an hour late, without any good reason, our 16 year old daughter and her friends were assaulted by the driver of the vehicle - verbal abuse and threats from the driver as my daughter complained that the music system wasn’t working properly and there was no corkscrew to open the drinks. The thuggish coward threatened to drop the girls off miles from home. I spoke to the company to complain who simply denied everything and refused any refund. Found this company and it’s drivers to be aggressive, violent, dishonest and cowardly, abusing 16 year old girls. This company is to be avoided. The

Horrible service! Avoid! Deposit was charged straight away over the phone. Had to chase any kind of confirmation calling them constantly - 7 times in 2 days. Customer service awful. People who work there very rude! We decided to cancel after this experience. Turns out, £50 deposit is not refundable! And you only get to know that when you finally want to cancel and confirmation comes through!

Do not use Easy Limo UK Ltd! I booked a hummer limo for my friends hen do last year and the vehicle was FAULTY meaning her head got trapped in the window as the buttons stopped working. They never replied to my emails and was given no refund. Awful experience and completely unforgivable.

Please do not book with this company. They will rip you off. When they take your deposit, they actually charge you and it’s not for holding like they claim. In additional their customer service is poor when you complain. They actually hung up on me. I want to save anyone the disaster that is this company.

DO NOT BOOK THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. THEY RUINED MY ENTIRE WEDDING. The driver arrived and did not bother to call us as we were expecting him in our driveway. He the arrives and would not park in our drive way, then he would not park in the venue parking space and my cousins were forced to walk into the venue. We were running late as you do on weddings but the man would not allow us into the vehicle until we paid him an additional 100 pounds cash. When my family get into the vehicle he would not let them turn on the AC as this is extra charges apparently and it was a hot summers day, 35 degrees. He gets to the venue and would not go in their drive either so basically I booked him for no reason as I got no photos with the hummer. To make matters worse, at the end of the evening, he arrived late for pick up and tried to make it out as if he was waiting when he hadn't and then has the cheek to ask for more money upfront. As nobody had cash at their point we said we could do bank transfer to the company but he said this should be made to him only in cash. The man was getting abusive with my family and threatening to leave, in the cold at midnight and would not let the kids go in the limo, when my cousin went to reason with him he got very abusive and was shouting profanity and kept saying I have a camera in the car. my cousin got annoyed as he would not reason at all and because his head was in the window as he was trying to talk to the driver the driver drove off with my cousin still attached. so not only did he cause my cousin serious harm he left us stranded with no way of getting home and we had to take ubers. now they will not refund me or compensate the uber journeys. Do not book them whatever you do!!!!!!

Really happy. My daughter and her mates used this firm for her prom. They loved it. All very helpful and good value considering it was ascot week.

I used Easylimo back in 2016 for my eldest sons school prom. Even though I had concerns due to reviews, they were the best priced so I took a risk. We had no problems, car was on time and as pretty much as requested. I have recently used them for son number 2s school prom. I specifically asked for a hummer for a boys prom with a 6:15pm pick up as the start time for the prom was 7:15pm. The limo arrived at approx 6:50pm. Easylimo had tried contacting me by phone to make me aware but at the end of the day it was late and therefore the boys did not get the full hour in the car and it was a little stressful for me as the organiser that taken everyones money. The driver was a very friendly lady in a PINK! limo that was NOT a hummer. To be fair, I had not specified a colour, maybe assuming that being for young males, a black or white limo was a given. This was my mistake BUT I did go with Easylimo rather than a local company as they offered a hummer at the same price of what the local company were offering for an excursion and what Easylimo sent us was an excursion! All in all, and luckily, the boys took it in their stride and made a very grande entrance to the prom being a huge pink limo filled with boys and fashionably LATE. I'm not sure if I will take the risk for son number 3 next year? I would certainly think twice if booking for a wedding or the like as you really need to be sure you get what you ordered and it's a little hit and miss with this company.

I booked the school leavers celebration, our drivers were prompt, friendly and professional. The vehicles were great, and the kids all had a great time, corresponding via email was easy, would recommend Easy Limo to anyone and would definitely use again. Thanks!
