Unbelievably good driver. He was probably the most polite person I've met. Very pleased with staff and service.

Shocking company. Car turned up late, it was the wrong limo, it was old, battered and scratched, an embarrassing excuse of a limo. There was no air con, no drinks were provided even tho this was part of the package paid for. The office staff were rude when we called to say the car was late. The driver had no idea where she was going. The music system in the car was broken. My recommendation is to steer well clear of this company

Car turned up late. When we phoned the office staff were rude. Car was very shabby & tired looking. No drinks provided even though we were told there would be. Entertainment system kept cutting out you had to hold the cable in place. No air conditioning! Would not use this company again. Would not recommend this company.

I hired this company for my wedding on 10 February. This was the worse mistake I made. He went to the wrong place and then on his way back got into a car crash with my parents, flower girls etc... The ceremony could not begin without them to make matters worse the driver then spent so long arguing with about the car accident and my bridesmaids who were all in shock and then when he eventually brought them to the church late he insisted that they take their items out the vehicle there and then and would not be prepared to wait to take them the reception as I had booked because the accident had meant that majority of the 3 hours booked had been wasted. He didn’t even give me an opportunity to pay for extension although I had done nothing to cause the problem. He destroyed my day and I had to organise taxis back for my guest in addition to dealing with the problems with guest waiting around so long for him to arrive with the wedding party. I booked another company for myself and my husband and the driver was very professional. I will never use this company again and would recommend you stay away from them. The limo was also very old and nothing like what I had been promised

Completely dishonest and unprofessional. They don’t do what they say they are going to do, lie and then are very rude when you complain. They hide behind the small print. Ordered a pink 16 Seater Hummer - The car they sent was old tatty, dvd didn’t work, speakers were blown and water leaked through the windows. After service was even worse - have to put things in writing and they 14 days to respond - of course they don’t. Chase up and you get the next level of abuse. Save yourself a lot of stress and DON’T use this so called company/ brokerage.
