What i was told when i bought this package and what i was told i would get by this outfit once i got to Vegas were 2 different stories. I was going to get 2 airline tickets on any airline for any travel in the continental US for up to $00 a ticket. A meal at the Brazilian steakhouse an 2 show tickets. When i called to book the room in Vegas she knew nothing about that and offered nothing other that an additional hotel charge for the room! I booked at the Horseshoe, which was $39/night they would cover VacationOffer.com - not including resort fees and parking, which i expected. But the $ i paid for the package was more than that $3x4 nights. They tried to hit my credit card for $500 for not attending the presentation- but my credit card texted me " Is this a scam?" They seemed to know these guys! I told them to reject the charge and my card was cancelled. After reading these reviews - I don't doubt the %* ones are fake. Glad i didn't go in the Uber since i could have been left up to me to get back to the hotel as was the case with a couple of the 1* reviews here If i attended i would not have bought anything since none of the bonus offers were included " what? we'll have to listen to the confirmation call " and nothing from them after that. No reply if i would get what i was promised. Didn't expect to as i had to pay ANOTHER hotel charge if i wanted a nicer hotel- not what i was told, i could have my pick except on blackout dates. As for the excuse "that's a 3rd party marketing co," - well that is your problem- not mine. Oh but it is mine, as i wouldn't bother to try to hold this shyster VacationOffer.com accountable since i can tell from these reviews that would be wasted effort. NO SALE.

The associate I talked to was very helpful and very patient. If all associates were as kind and professional as she was, America really would be GREAT!!

Las Vegas was amazing! At first my wife and I were skeptical but we were pleasantly surprised. Seamless even the airline tickets were a breeze. We even attended a show where they gave us a $100 Restaurant Card. We didn’t expect that . That was very nice. Plus the have locations in Utah near my family as well so no we can see them every year! Thank you VO!

Liz was able to answer all of my questions I had about our package. She even found a plan that was no longer and she substituted another for us. I was very pleased.

I had not gotten all the information from the salesman, and the legal agent stuck to offering minimal details. It was not until I got truthful, measurable details from Liz (Elizabeth) that I was satisfied with my purchase. We were on the phone for 1hr 15min and all my questions and concerns were addressed. Now I hope that all that was promised is indeed delivered after I attend my host visit.

We were in the middle of booking when we read somethings that made us pause they said nothing would be charged without the signature but it processed the reservation and charged the card before we ever signed anything and of course will not issue a refund

They state that you will have a choice to vacation at of the current destinations such as Branson, MO Cocoa Beach, FL Fort Lauderdale, FL Hilton Head, SC Las Vegas, NV Myrtle Beach, SC Punta Cana, DO St. Petersburg, FL Virginia Beach, VA Clearwater Beach, FL Dallas, TX Gatlinburg, TN Houston, TX Miami, FL Orlando, FL San Antonio, TX Williamsburg, VA I made the purchase and on the exact day I purchased this package I called to reserve my vacation, I was told we had to go to Vegas or Orlando first! I was told by a customer service rep, April that we could waive that and go to the other 15 locations first. I tried calling you back at the sales number +1 (920) 937-3978 but the line went dead multiple times. I emailed them multiple times to cancel my package (all within the 24 hour window of purchase) I couldn't reach anyone! I made several attempts to reach out to them and their automated response stated that they would not grant my wish! It s been months later and now they calling me every single day! I requested them to refrain from calling me and put on the do not call list yet they ignore my plea. They just called me 8 times today even though I block their number, they use another variation of their number.
