don't book anything here, rooms seem cheap but you have to attend a meeting of 1.5 hours. this is not mentioned anywhere only when you have booked you will receive an email about this. if you don't come it will cost you 300 dollars. scammers

I had a question about a ticket number I created for login concern and Nanette was exceptionally helpful! She guided us on how to navigate the website and the travel app and she answered all of my questions and concerns.

Our accommodations were great as our original room was unavailable due to a water leak in the unit from fridge.We had a great front desk person and this was quickly remedied by giving us a beautiful room in another building.The area was great with an easy walk to restaurants and even a Walmart.The only problem we encountered was the hurricane called Martin and we were able to leave a day early.Ramada was more than willing to offer people fleeing the hurricane a place to stay.We felt good that another room was made available by us leaving early.

You drove me 20 miles to the meeting, and then dumped me out on the curb with no way back. I was from out of town, I had no car, and you just dumped me. The whole thing was a scam from the start.

Although my reservation for my hotel was not put in correctly(wrong amount of rooms and wrong type), the presentation was very informative and good. Nice touch for paid uber to and from the presentation also!

We enjoyed the presentation experience and the courtesy given to us by the staff at the presentation. We were told by the company that booked the vacation/presentation that the presentation was at the same place we were staying at. We found out it wasn't and had to run to the correct location. We didn't realize we could get a free ride to the presentation which was our mistake. Once we were at the presentation, we told the staff what happened, and they asked me to fill out a form explaining what had happened. We were compensated by VO staff for the other company's mistake!

I will start by saying I have LOST money paying into this ridiculous "deal". I was promised this amazing deal and come to find out it was a total rip off. I paid $ 600 for supposedly a stay at a 4 star resort, cruise and a $100 visa gift card by just attending 1 hour presentation ... accept for all that there's a "catch" in every single detail. First they offer you a bunch of garbage hotels. If you want to upgrade you have to pay a "resort fee" .. $191 later so thats $791. The "resort" also than has you pay ANOTHER resort fee of $136.00.. so that's $927 which btw was far from a resort. They had new renovated rooms but the ones this company has reserved for their visitors are the old outdated and gross ones on the bottom floor... this was straight from the woman that checked us in; who luckily took pity on us and put us in a better room (not great but better than the dumpster they had us in originally) Then you do not get transportation to this "presentation" where people harass you for not 1 hour but over 2! Which that company told us that it is always 2 hours not 1 hour for the presentation and they had a few people complain about this that came from vacation offer too. So that was a straight lie. That was another $50 in an uber so that puts us at $972. $972 ... for a crap hotel room that come to find out goes for $100 a night! Ya ... I know ... now all the money is worth it because I get the cruise or one of their other vacation offers now right ?! Yay! ... NO... I am legit afraid of doing anything else with this company... the trip to mexico??!! Who knows where we would end up! Probably some dangerous area in a run down motel. The cruise? we will probably end up in a closet paying even more money for something that is worth MUCH MUCH less again. Out of fear of the unknown and mistrust of this company that I feel robbed me and anymore "catches" I do not believe I am going to send in my reward voucher... I don't even think its worth the risk. Truly it feels like an unsafe decision to continue on in this. I wish I could just have the original money I paid back and forget I even knew of this company. 10/10 do not recommend Currently working on posting this review on every review site I can to save future people from falling for this

Never received my gift card and they need to advice us on how much money we are looking to spend. I wasn't quite ready for the package price. Now I can't take advantage bc it's only a one time offer
