Had a problem with goods being sent out open spilling out in the box & not the fault of Royal Mail who to their credit bagged the box to stop further leaks. Have not tried the product yet and believe customer service is dealing with the issue The company have since rectified the issue and having tried one of the products Protein Powder I am happy with what I have ordered and the companies response to the issue. Will be ordering again

Great products I ordered 2 shakers they are amazing and leak proof. I love the protein bars they are delicious the coconut is my favorite and chocolate and honey. there lemonade Flavour greens is really good quality and very natural I would definitely buy again from this company. Great quality and delivery was on time, packed and delivered with care.

My personal experience is good. My and my boyfriend made our first order to try some of their products roughly two weeks ago. Everything went fine EXCEPT the delivery took longer than stated, 5 days instead of 2-3, and it was not postage’s fault. Many other people say the same thing here, so I thing the best thing is to not lie about delivery dates, it is just misleading, and some people might plan things according to this. I also like that they did not use unnecessarily large box and try to save materials and space. Otherwise the products itself are great, finally some company that cares about ingredients and try to leave all the nastiest out. I will make more orders definitely, but I hope they will sort the delivery and others problems, as a lot of people here seems to never receive what they ordered.

As with most of the 1-star reviews I have also made a purchase and never received my order. I have made numerous attempts to contact customer support but never even got a response. Thankfully I was able to get my money back through PayPal. They didn't even contest my claim and judging by the many bad reviews with similar stories this leads me to believe many people have done this before me. Most of the other negative reviews have gotten a generic reply that the company is "very sorry" or that some people will get store credit. That won't fix anything. You should stop ripping off people and seize your terrible business practices. I strongly suspect a lot of these positive reviews to be fake in order to bump up your own rating. Absolutely unacceptable.

Purchased a similar product from a different seller and it was great. Vilgain is equally tasty but it is cheaper in price, which is a bonus (bought 20 pcs). No issues with the company or delivery (by FedEx). I can definitely recommend Vilgain to other potential customers.

I ordered Protein Powder with Stevia after reading a few reviews but seems they were fake and so is the company. They claim they shipped the order. Courier company seems to have lost the order. Been writing to their support email ID since 3 daysbut they haven't even acknowledged the email, let alone respond. Save your hard earned money and stay away from this fraud company. Edit - I now got the items delivered, thanks to Petra for checking the complaint on TrustPilot, acknowledging the miss and delivering the product. Happy with the product and will purchase more from Vilgain, and hope for a better delivery experience.
