In my case, they charged a €8,000 security deposit, which, according to their own policies, should be refunded within 90 days. However, they have used false excuses to avoid the refund and remove any claims, even going so far as to block all my attempts to contact them. Additionally, in WhatsApp conversations, representatives of this company asked me to remove my negative comments in exchange for returning my money. However, after agreeing to discuss the matter, I was blocked, and to this day, I have not received any response or refund. I have proof of these conversations, clearly demonstrating their fraudulent practices. It is evident that LuxuryCar follows the same pattern in all negative reviews from real customers: they claim that people must have mistaken them for another company, using this as an excuse to deny complaints and continue operating with impunity. At the same time, all positive reviews seem to be generated by the company itself to hide criticism and create a false sense of trust. It is concerning that a platform like Trustpilot, which is meant to provide transparency and protect consumers, is allowing this company to continue operating and accumulating suspicious reviews. We ask that you investigate this situation and take the necessary actions to prevent more people from falling victim to this fraud.
