Easy to use website and fast purchase of a Slingerbag ball machine. Fast delivery and was surprised to receive a follow up call the following day to thank me for my purchase! Will definitely use this company again.

Support has been excellent throughout. The slinger bag is ideal for me. The only things I would like to see is adjustable topspin. Also, sometimes not all the balls feed in at the end. However, all in all for mark 1 great execution.

Fabulous service from the team at Framework Sports. I ordered my slinger and got a personal call from the team, that's a nice touch and it arrived within 48hrs. I had a few basic warranty issues and the turn around was almost immediate, again very impressive service from the UK team. I liked the product so much I'm now an affiliate and get a good commission for any referrals. Over all very good company to deal with and respond to emails very quickly, I'd definitely recommend these guys.
