Ireland | 28 February 2025I have never shopped here. I just signed up and the email I got was from Fotshop. This immediately put me off especially after reading several requests saying they are scammers. Immediately deleted the app. It could just be a mistake but BE AWARE THIS COULD BE A SCAM!!!

Ireland | 25 February 2025I had read the bad reviews but decided to try Footshop EU for myself as they had a pair of Mizuno Waverider B's at an extremely good price. Shipping took 7 days to Ireland, so not that long. The shoes are perfect, exactly what I ordered and about 60e cheaper than any other site in the EU. Highly recommended vendor! Thanks guys!!!!

J’achète une paire de Doc à 150€, j’ai reçu des infos contradictoires pour la récupération de mon colis et vu que c’étais les fêtes, le colis est reparti mais je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée. Les SAV n’est pas à la hauteur et malgré mes innombrables mails + appels : 0€, ni même avoirs. Bref à éviter c’est clair !!!!

Netherlands | 24 February 2025Op zaterdag 22 februari 2025 heb ik Adidas Adimatic schoenen besteld bij Footshop.nl. Ik heb gekozen voor levering via GLS en per Ideal betaald via Abn Amro bank. Daarna mails ontvangen van Footshop dat de bestelling en betaling is ontvangen en dat mijn order met nummer 10167254 komende vrijdag geleverd zal worden. Dezelfde avond krijg ik weer een mail dat mijn bestelling is geannuleerd. Reden: 1)ofwel heb ik het zelf geannuleerd 2) ontbrekende produkten 3) ontbrekende betaling Daarna word vermeld dat ik mijn geld binnen 3 dagen terug krijg. Vreemde van dit alles is dat zij het volgende ordernummer vermelden:10167218!!!! Dit wijkt dus af van mijn oorspronkelijke ordernummer welke 10167254 is. Hierover stuur ik een mail naar help@ footshop.nl en krijg kort daarna wederom een mail maar nu met de vermelding dat de levering met ordernummer 10167254 vertraagd is!!!! "Het duurt nog een paar dagen . Zodra we alles klaar hebben laten we u de leverdatum weten." Wat is hier nu werkelijk aan de hand? Word ik hier nu zwaar in de zeik genomen en rechtuit bestolen van 101,94€ of is hier iets aan de hand waar Footshop zelf slachtoffer word van scamming of iets anders. Graag verwacht ik duidelijk antwoord van Footshop en dat mijn bestelling alsnog geleverd word en zij niet hun naam te grabbel smijten.

Netherlands | 13 February 2025Aangezien er veel negatieve reviews zijn, wil ik graag mijn positieve ervaring delen. Deze webshop, footshop.eu, heb ik gevonden via google toen ik op zoek was naar een specifieke sneaker. Footshop had een mooie aanbieding, dus de gok gewaagd. Er zijn meerdere verzendmogelijkheden (zoals DPD en GLS), maar via DPD was het alleen mogelijk om met creditcard te betalen. Gekozen voor GLS omdat je dan ook met IDEAL kon betalen. Bestelbevestiging volgde vlot. De levering duurde 6 dagen (vrijdag besteld en donderdag in huis). Het pakketje kwam uit Praag, Tsjechië. Duidelijke track and trace via GLS. De sneakers zijn helemaal goedgekeurd. Geen ervaring met retourneren dus...

France | 12 February 2025If I could give them 0 stars, i would !!! I ordered a special edition magazine that I paid 20€ on their website, they did not send me the right magazine. More than 48h to tell me that this was their mistake. In the meantime, the magazine was still available on their website. I wonder how many people got the same problem. Very bad customer service. Update: after speaking to the sales department, they barely told me it was their mistake (not even your magazine supplier as said in the following answer), no compensation offered and you have to take care of the return of the product yourselfself. Shitty service. I don't recommend. I wonder I that company is legit and not a hidden scam. 0/20.

Return policy is hostile, asking to pay for shipping back to prague from UK. Most companies Like Tommy have UK based return centres to make it easy for customers and based on past reviews its almost impossible to get full refund from Footshop so l will not keep wasting money for postage to enter another cycle of fighting to get refunded. l wish l had seen the reviews earlier before buyer. And all this responding to negative reviews they do is to appear as if they genuinely care and then more people fall for the SCAM. Buyer BEWARE

United States | 05 February 2025Shipping was fast and returning made easy. However, shoe box arrived pretty damaged, and I ordered the same sneakers from adidas as well. The ones from footshop were clearly in worse condition, with the suede being weirdly pricky looking, maybe worn or damaged. The fact that you have to pay for return shipping is annoying and I paid $40 more for the footshop sneakers than the adidas ones.

France | 30 January 2025Le 28/01/2025 donc hier, j'ai passé une commande en français d'une paire ADDIDAS Femme gazelle Bold payé par CB 90,84 euros mais aucune confirmation de commande dans ma boîte mail, ni dans les spams encore bien moins dans le compte client footshop.... J'ai téléphone impossible de se comprendre car en anglais la conversation... voulu ???? J'ai envoyé 2 mails dont 1 sur le site footshop et l'autre sur l'adresse mail APPAREMMENT adresse mail non correcte.... Pas sérieux ! Site à fuir.....

They claim they have Bulgarian Customer service but when i called because they didnt answer my emails and chat support they said "yeah we currently dont have bulgarian speakers" good i know english. The return process is so shitty and hard dont recommend at all.

The prices and selection are also really good with a nice mix of new releases ( more exclusive Japanese releases would be nice though 🤞 ) Until next time 👋 😊
