I was skeptical when my daughter wanted to spend all her Christmas money on a pair of Wonka Chuck 70 shoes. I thought it was a scam, but that's what she wanted. I ordered the shoes ( which in my opinion were too much, but that's what Christmas is for (and at 13 years old she was willing to take the chance). They arrived in 3 days (amazing). Yes, we were charged $40 for shipping, but they came so fast. She is so excited!!!

J’y suis aller un peu inquiet … finalement article bien reçu. C’est un peu flippant car la livraison se fait depuis la république chek. On reçoit un liens en chek vers la plateforme GLS. En cliquant sur le liens GLS ça redirige vers UPS 😅. Le service client répond, le colis est bien arrivé pour moi en environ 1 semaine.

Commande passée depuis le 26 novembre pour noel, je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande et toujours pas de remboursement. Le service client me balade depuis des semaine en me disant qu'ils ont contacté le transporteur et qu'il attendent confirmation du colis perdu. Ik heb reeds (twee weken geleden) bij hen iets besteld en las achteraf alle nare en negatieve reacties. Had een verkeerde artikel besteld en wilde die retouren. De klantenservice reageerden erg snel en vriendelijk op mijn e-mails. Vervolgens hebben ze een zeer goede service aangeboden en is het goed afgelopen. Mijn pakket is bij de deur opgehaald en heb m’n geld weer ontvangen. Al die nare recensies zijn onterecht en is ook de reden dat ik zelf een recensie schrijf. Ik zou zeker wel weer bij footshop bestellen in vervolg 👍🏼👍🏼

J’ai commande une paire de chaussures jamais reçu, les transporteurs n’ont pas le colis et aucun nouvelle depuis 2 semaines

J’ai passé commande il y quelques semaines, il se trouve qu’il manquait un article à mon colis et le sav a été compréhensif meme si les délais de réponse était un peu long, surement dû au black friday. J’ai été finalement remboursé alors je ne peux que recommander.
