United Kingdom | 09 April 2019Don't listen to all these people complaining about the raffle, there were no sneaky hidden costs nor any delays in the delivery. If you want to purchase a normal item and not enter in any of these raffles, you're pretty much good to go. Have i had listened to these bad reviews I'd never buy the shoes in first place. They came fairly well packaged and the original Nike box was untouched. I would buy it again.

Italy | 16 February 2019If you make the mistake to order from the EU website, the default shipping cost is added without prompting and will cost you 18 euro. Even if a free shipping is clearly advertised on the product page. Poor UX or just deliberately trying to trick the customer? The customer care was also quite rude and not sympathetic at all, denying my claim for a 50% shipping cost refund. You lost a customer for sure. Take care when buying from them 🤮

Hong Kong | 21 December 2018I won the raffle of Yeezy Boost 700 Manve, and they sent me the shoes very quickly. That’s good. But finally the shoes are too big for me According to the Terms & Conditions goods can be returned within 30 days from delivery, then I return the shoes back within 30 days and request a refund. The shoes arrived to Czech post office after 12 days sending from Hong Kong, however I got nothing updates from Footshop about my request. Okay then I sent them a couple of times e-mail to ask for updates, but they keep saying that they will take care about this when the shoe arrived. A few days passed, I still can’t get any updates from Footshop, and then I wrote an e-mail to Czech post ask for help. Czech post replied that they already sent a letter to Footshop to ask for pick-up the shoes from post office, but Footshop insist that they didn’t received the letter. Today I got an updates from Czech post office … that FOOTSHOP refuse to receive the parcel, and the consignment was sent to the country of origin. Guys! Be aware of the malpractice of this company. They’re NOT welcome their customer for return/refund even they mentioned in their the Terms & Conditions.

This is against the law! Don't bother dealing with them, they're a horrible company to work with, I'll have to chargeback and ring my bank to do this, so at least I'll be reimbursed, Hope the companys online sales fail because they clearly don't know how to treat customers, Also no returns at all, legally, within the EU, I have 14 days but they're above the law apparently Update: had to claim through my bank, all sorted now, refused to accept a return even though I wanted to cancel the same day

United Kingdom | 06 November 2018Entered two raffles for the same shoe a few months ago. Payment for the shoes was held temporarily and when I wished to cancel my order they said I was unable to. However, after the raffle winners had been notified I emailed them to say that the money still hadn't been refunded to my account and when I would receive it. Due to no response I then took to their Twitter page where I was responded to in a very rude & sarcastic manner. Bearing in mind this is all visible to the public eye. After various email correspondence they informed me that the money would be back in my account shortly depending on my bank. Then later the same afternoon I was told I had in fact won BOTH raffles that I had entered & that they would be sending me the shoes & I was unable to get a refund. Now, very strange coincidence that I should win BOTH raffles I entered. Obviously by this point I had already bought the shoes elsewhere and had no need for 1 pair let alone 2. I called their customer service and demanded a refund to which they told me that the T&C's I agreed to meant I couldn't get a refund. Obviously this is against the law and I informed them of it, I asked to speak to a manager as it was against my consumer rights to which I was told I could return the shoes but they couldn't guarantee me a refund!! Madness. I then got EU Relations involved and after that Foot shop were very quick to process my refund, in fact I had the money in my account the very next day! Strange how they told me originally that my money would take several days? Absolute scam & terrible service. Avoid

United Kingdom | 18 September 2018I entered the raffle for the Yeezy 500. Unfortunately I entered with the wrong size. I won the raffle and they sent me the shoes. I was disappointed the shoes, but the shoes are to big. I asked if it is possible to exchange them for the right size, but they were sold out. I asked to return them, but not possible because the Terms & Conditions I have agreed upon does not allow it. I did not know this was stated in their Terms & Conditions. I did not bother to check because I know by International Law and Czech Law the consumer has the right to return items bought online within 14 days. I told them it does not matter if your Terms & Conditions states otherwise. Your Terms & Conditions are subject to the Law. So the Terms & Conditions are not legally valid on this point. I send the shoes back within 14 days, but they refuse to give me back my money. They even told me to resell the shoes. It is not their problem and they are ignoring my request and they are ignoring the fact that it is in my right to return the shoes. Be aware of the malpractice of this company. They are deliberately misinforming customers and denying their rights. I also reached out to the CEO Peter Hajduček but he has not made any effort to give a response.

United States | 18 September 2018Entered and online raffle for a pair of sneakers, unfortunately I wasn’t able to win the shoe, but my credit card was charged. TWICE... I’ve emailed the company, direct messaged them multiple times, commented on their Instagram post to just be ignored. If I didn’t win the shoe my credit card shouldn’t have been charged. I’ll never shop with them again.

In Wirklichkeit hatte niemand Interesse sich um den Fall zu kümmern. Erst als ich Paypal eingeschaltet habe habe ich mein Geld bekommen. Deshalb nicht zu empfehlen.

United Kingdom | 19 July 2018Ordered Air Jordan 1’s. Paid promptly with shipping fee for 3-5 days delivery. It has now been 2 weeks and no Shoes delivered. They have been blaming the courier which i rang and confirmed they havent got any parcels from this company yet. I have emailed and had a chat with their customer service and all they can say is that iI just have to wait. I have put a claim on Paypal, hopefully it gets resolved. I dont even want the shoes anymore. My bad shouldve just gone to Nike Online. Avoid this company they dont do good business at all. Very Disappointed.
