Third Edit, but 5 Star Customer service. After couple of 'teething issue' The Footshop CS have been mega responsive, and Im grateful, and impressed by the speed of their response. Thank you. Paid a reasonably and the high side price for some Nike shorts. Paid three times the shipping rate quoted by the carrier, was meant to be for a 48hr delivery service. 5 days later not received it. Tracking says only a label has been created. After reading some of the other reviews and comments, I’m unsure if it’s a scam, or just poorly run company? I’ll await my delivery and see.. but I’m unimpressed so far. Okay, so after being asked to edit after it arrived, I hoped I'd be eating my words... It arrived today (Friday), not Wednesday as stated. Ill give them the product is good, but its Nike, so will be pretty much consistent. Overall, it was only 5-10% cheaper, and with the wait, was it worth it? I still find it disingenuous at best that I was offered Royal Mail 48hr (took 12 days) I understand its obviously the companies business model to ship from the Czech Republic, to the UK and then post on.. but it for me as a customer its not enough of a saving to make it worthwhile in the end, but they have at least gone up from a 2 to 3 star review.

Dopo aver ricevuto le scarpe in una scatola rotta e non curata e dopo aver contattato il servizio clienti, mi è stato offerto un rimborso del 30% che è avvenuto con successo. Servizio clienti molto puntuale e disponibile nel risolvere i problemi e nel fornire soluzioni. Comunicazione ottima anche se le email arrivano in inglese. Molto consigliato :)

Again, whatever cash on delivery is i don't know but thats not true i paid £15 to return, all you do is give the return address on a small piece of paper. Lucky for you I cannot upload attachments to show the 10+ the courier has attempted to deliver my return, even tried twice yesterday

Ich habe mir ein Kleid von Adidas bestellt. Beim Auspacken ist mir direkt aufgefallen, dass das Etikett fehlt. Das Ganze kam mir komisch vor und ich habe einen Schnuppertest gemacht. Unter den Ärmeln roch es dann leicht nach Schweiß. Dieses Kleid wurde definitiv vorher schonmal getragen!! Und wurde jedoch als Neu Artikel verkauft. Da es um die Hälfte günstiger war als der neue Artikel, stört mich das jetzt erstmal nicht - ich kann’s ja waschen.. Jedoch finde ich, dass man solche Artikel dann bitte auch als Retour Artikel kennzeichnen sollte. Hätte ich das Kleid überhaupt ohne Etikett retournieren können ?? Oder wäre ich auch auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben, wenn es mir nicht gefallen hätte… solche Rezensionen liest man hier ja auch häufig.. vielleicht ne Masche :( Die Lieferung erfolgte super schnell 👍🏻

For me, the problem that arose was not the wait, which was several days, nor the price, which was quite increased in relation to the domestic market (up to 50% hoka sports shoes), it was that after receiving it, I noticed a difference in the design of the shoes! According to my knowledge, they are supplied of second grade, which are sold as first grade. I didn't go to the trouble of the return and negotiation process because it's tiring, I'd rather have an honest purchase! For the information of prospective buyers. Sorry, but regarding my experience I only stated the truth, you should check your products before shipping because they were paid for and with the above and not refer me to customer service to get into new trouble.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe Doc Martens bestellt aus echtem Leder. Ich habe sie nur einmal in der Wohnung getragen. Sie waren so steif und unbequem, dass ich sie mit Doc Marten Lederfett eingerieben habe - es wurde aber nicht besser. Daher habe ich sie zurückgeschickt. Obwohl ich sie nochmal gereinigt habe, kam als Rückmeldung, dass die Schuhe nicht mehr verkäuflich sind und ich muss sie jetzt leider behalten.........

I ordered a pair of Nike Special Field Boots in the sale and got them shipped to my house in London for a better price than anywhere on the market domestically. I contacted the guys at Footshop before ordering to ask about potential customs charges having seen some of these reviews and was correctly reassured that if you select the Royal Mail postage option, there are no such fees. All in all it was a pleasure dealing with these guys, from a customer service perspective with regards to communication (Gergö replied to me late on a Sunday night…seriously!) and in terms of packaging and dispatch time. Excellent and will buy again in future.

Returned trainers for refund parcel force tried but failed to deliver to warehouse so took them back to post office and left them a card where to collect, now refusing to collect them so I’ve no shoes and no refund, who is responsible here it’s certainly not me I’m in Liverpool your in Prague? I paid £20 delivery and £25 for return £105 for shoes plus another £105 to my son to order another pair so £255 and nothing to show for. The 9 of February I sent them back and you have ignored my last email I sent with parcel force reaction this isn’t good enough I just want my refund

I ordered almost 2 months ago. After 10 days of the order, courier company informed me that package had damage and goods returned to sender. From that time I am in communication with support to return the amount but they say lot of excuses to delay the process. They claimed that when they receive the goods they will return the money…. From tracking info they already received the goods days ago but they say that warehouse still didn’t informed them so to proceed with the return!!! I paid , I didn’t received anything , goods are back to sender and still I do not have my money Stay away …
