United States | 19 January 2024Twilio completely sucks. I need to get a number to link with a 3rd part app that we will use to keep in touch with customers on the progress of their transaction. Seems easy, right? Nope. Can't even get a number to properly register. The website UI is disgusting and massively confusing. There's no customer service number, it's all over email and they provide zero help. I wouldn't bother even attempting to use them.

United Kingdom | 13 January 2024Called today by a woman offering grants for solar energy. I said no thanks and put the phone down. The number was 0191 743 1656 and when I called back, it was unobtainable. I found out it belongs to this company and is a scam.

Serviço que atrasa qualquer empresário. Não recomendo o serviço nem aconselho a troca de ideias com suporte pois são pessoas que não estão qualificadas para a função que ocupam. HORRIBLE service, IT TAKES DAYS TO SOLVE 1 PROBLEM THAT IN THE END THEY END UP NOT RESOLVING. Many people are complaining including former customers. They ask for documents that do not exist in the country, such as PROOF OF ADDRESS IN THE IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT. IN PORTUGAL HAS NO ANY ADDRESS ON THEIR CITIZEN CARD/IDENTIFICATION CARD. Service that slows down any business owner. I do not recommend the service nor do I advise exchanging ideas with support because they are people who are not qualified for the role they occupy. Service HORRIBLE, IL FAUT DES JOURS POUR RÉSOUDRE 1 PROBLÈME QUE FINISSENT PAR NE PAS RÉSOUDRE. De nombreuses personnes se plaignent, notamment d'anciens clients. This organization is inconsistent with its approval decisions. It reminds me of dealing with the government.

United Kingdom | 17 November 2023Disgusted, made me feel like a criminal trying to open an account, and still refused it! What the actual? Use Brevo instead, this is a common theme despite them featuring on Bubble.io as a service. Bubble needs to get rid, it's a barrier to app launch.

Au bout d'un mois Twilio nous a bloqué notre compte sans préavis en nous demandant des renseignements sur notre entreprise. Nous avons répondu par retour immédiat. Nous pensions que cette société qui se dit sérieuse allait vite prendre en compte notre email mais... Au bout de 3 jours toujours rien ! Nos experts ne peuvent plus entrer en relation avec nos clients, nos pertes s’élèvent à plusieurs milliers d'€ ! Nous relançons sans cesse et aucune réponse, aucun retour, impossible d'accéder au compte ! Surtout ne faites pas confiance à cette entreprise qui n'a aucune considération pour ses clients ! A ce jour aucune nouvelles du service client, du support ou autre !

No one ever answers and every number used (apparently from various towns and cities) that I’ve checked via ‘Who’s called me’ is from Twilio. You should be ashamed of the extreme distress your company is causing me. Maybe a long jail term is the way to go for those like you who perpetuate this form of torture.
