I get constant cold calls from a lady called Joan, so called energy advisor asking about loft insulation. Her number relates to the above company in Manchester. I asked her politely to take our number off her list and she said she would not. Dont quite see the point of this except to waste her time and mine.

The A2P 10DLC approval process is absolute torture. I run a text message marketing software company and use Twilio to deliver my client's messages. I have not been able to get a single campaign approved and every time I'm rejected there is a vague rejection reason and not a single person in the support department knows what the reason is or how to fix the issue. Terrible customer service. Twilio has absolutely devastated my business.

Can I leave ZERO STARS? I've been struggling for weeks with their ridiculous system. Their customer service team is full of completely inept individuals that can't do anything to help. I've been waiting 11 days now for their "engineering team" to look at the errors and try to fix them. Still nothing. No upper management to contact. It's sit and wait! DO NOT USE TWILIO IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR SANITY!

No Customer service at all! No phone Number to call and the only way to contact is to fill out a form (that i have filled out 5 times in 6 months) stay away and find another software because this one is a waste of time

Company full of incompetent people. Trying for months to get a 10DLC A2P campaign approved. Every time I submit it gets rejected for a different reason with no help from anyone who understands the process and can help. Customer service is just a black hole. The most recent rejection stated that our text messages violate their rules because we share personal info with 3rd parties. Hello? How does Twilio (3rd party) send a text message on behalf of their customer unless that customer shares the phone number (personal info) of their end customer? Just so incompetent.

Spam calls HQ - most of the spam calls I receive now originate from numbers associated with this company. Their site's spam page says "Twilio takes reports of unwanted calls or messages very seriously and we work vigilantly to protect our customers and combat unauthorized or fraudulent use ..." Not doing too well then as often the same recorded messages from imperonsators of a spoof business or govenment agency come from another number owned by twilio - so they're letting the same spammers continue with a different number.

Waisted three accounts with no clear reason just because one of our colleagues is located in a sanctioned region. Now when we created a new one, deposited to the balance, passed through the verification they ask to setup 2FA which is not sending confirmation sms and showing a constant server error which is effecting our business to move forward. I'm really fed up with such service and attitude. Twillio is a failure. We have already spent in total about 24 hours of development time just to configure simple sms-verification which can be easily done in 3-4 hours from end to end with any other service. Already searching for a better solution.

This scumbag company are behind multiple non stop scam calls to my mobile. They have called from 2 numbers in Edingburgh, Manchester & now can add 2 Sunderland based numbers to that list. They need investigating for constant harassment

Absolutely worthless with no customer service. New regulations from 8/31 make the concept of SMS marketing impossible, as now each "campaign" takes weeks to approve. Plus I get charged for junk I never wanted. Its more efficient for me to pay an employee or a VA to manually send text messages to my clients versus the no-human runaround I get with Twilio. Im part of a group of 100 business owners and ill warn them to run away--fast

I chose 1 star because NO stars was not available. Twilio's "customer service" is by far the WORST I have EVER experienced. Horror show! My name is Kelly at 207-838-4542. I own and operate USAnswer Inc. A live 24/7 answering, transferring, messaging service. We have used Twilio for our texting service for many years. We've always been big fans and were planning to move our 8x8 Virtual Contact Center over to Twilio's FLEX platform. However in the light of their pathetic nonexistent "customer service" or complete lack thereof, there is NO WAY we would consider it. Our Twilio texting service went down 2 weeks ago and have lost business because of it. To this day all we're gotten are robotic boilerplate responses that offer -ZERO to address our problem. 2 weeks NOTHING. The TWILIO guy who we were dealing with on the FLEX matter said he has no contact w/ the customer service division but it might be that we're too small to get personal service. If this is true they should be run out of business. A total DISGRACE!

Horrendous experience. Forced registration and then they don't have the throughput to handle the requests in a timely manner. Meanwhile,10% at best of messages are getting through. Trying to run a healthcare company and Twilio customer service is pathetic at best. After multiple attempts, the contracted labor in India ghosted me. The campaign is registered and has been for a while now. ZERO help from Twilio to do anything expeditiously. Investigating other products to get away from this abysmal company.

After over a week of submitting the AP2 application and confirming. I have to wait for days on end. This isn’t for fun this is for work. I run a business. How is it that other companies have no issue getting me up and working in no time and a system btw that I was using years ago before they sold out now has terrible customer service support? I used to be able to connect and contact and communicate with a human over the phone and figure things out in no time. Now I can’t even hardly get past the jeopardy web automation phone service to leave a message vm… resolving an issue for business matters for companies that use this that takes weeks is bad business practices.

I have sent a request for tech support but didn't get any answers and waiting more than one week. I have tried an "A2P Campaign registration," which is still in progress. With the description, "This US A2P Campaign is under review and may take several weeks to complete." However, it was easy for me to get it in a different service company one business day.

Horrific Experience Must upgrade to get access, once upgraded, they make it so that one can't login....The customer support takes too long to respond (weeks). They continue to charge your card even though you can't login...

What the heck is up with their customer service. All my complaints or questions for help and guidance have been responded with incompetent knowledgeless unpersonalized bullet points. None of which has to do with the issues I raise. When I respond addressing the bullet points asking for further assistance, none, AND I MEAN NONE, of the customer service reps know anything about the product. Who the heck built this team? I've been in customer support for 20 years. This is awful.
