Speedy delivery, but it would have helped if the despatch was from Ewbank, or Ewbank had said ahead of time it would be fulfilled by Bluestem. I almost took it as spam and phishing as I had not made a purchase from Bluestem.

Performs as expected - excellent. Mother had one when I was a child. Just what we need now as a quick answer to keeping carpets & floors clean.

I have not used my new carpet Ewbank cleaner yet as it is for my caravan but going on my past experience over the many years I have used a Ewbank way before all theses modern electric cleaners came into fashion and the Ewbank cleaners are very good and hell of a lot cheaper than electric ones

No replies to emails. No acknowledgement of order . No return label. Collected on time but 4 attempts to redeliver by Yodel. Managed to speak to driver last Friday and he said he would return it to you. I am now awaiting a refund. Not at all happy with the service.

Ordered Friday morning, didn't expect to receive my goods until the middle of the following week due to the 2-3 working days delivery but my parcel arrived Monday morning - Great!! Easy to order from the website and was kept advised how my order was progressing. The Floor Polish Spray and All Purpose Polish/Oil are easy to use and left my parquet flooring looking great.
