The Ewbank shampoo is great.I had previously used a bottle that I got free with the carpet shampooer.So I ordered 2 more bottles as my daughter borrowed it.

I needed a replacement lamp for a Ewbank machine, but the website did not offer sufficient details about replacement parts. I therefore completed and submitted their online form requesting further details. This was ignored, leaving me no choice but to order the lamp that looked correct. It was surprisingly easy to order and the part arrived very quickly and efficiently. However, it was immediately obvious from its size that it was the wrong lamp. Not really expecting a reply, I emailed Customer Services to complain. To my surprise, I received a prompt and polite response telling me I’d receive a full refund if I returned the part to them unused. I was sent a collection form to download and a courier collection was arranged. The courier did not arrive, meaning I wasted my entire Friday waiting in. When I contacted Ewbank, I was told the courier had been but got no reply. I was sent a photo of a front door that was not mine – it even showed the number 170, whereas my house number is 99. This is a common tactic of Yodel, which is a notoriously unreliable courier and one many self-respecting companies shun. I took the parcel myself to a Yodel drop-off point on 10 July, and subsequently sent a copy of the receipt to Ewbank, who acknowledged, three days later, that it was on route back to them. I have heard nothing since. The reason for my one star therefore is because of the inadequate information on Ewbank’s website, their lack of response to my query, their waste of my time and money, their alliance with one of the most unreliable courier services that operates, their lack of after-sales support (I am now left with a defunct appliance), and their lies. I will not buy or recommend Ewbank products in future. I suppose I am lucky that the part was not expensive, but the whole process was a huge waste of time.

I wish I could give 100 stars. Amazing product. Delivery took only a couple of days and was free. Quality delivery company too with notifications and no wasteful packaging. Actual vacuum is incredible. Perfect to clean up between electric vacuuming. We both work at home, so it's a perfect noise free solution and to casually keep on top of dust (I'm allergic). I absolutely adore this. It works. It's efficient. It's affordable. And it uses no electricity. Why doesn't everyone have one?!

The ordering & payment process were good . The annoying part of it all was that I had to be in to receive the delivery- I couldn’t ask for it to be left in a safe place - I had only ordered replacement polishing and buffing pads which would have probably fitted through the letterbox.

I am so pleased with my purchase. Unfortunately it cost me 3 times the actual price because you don't deliver to the Republic of Ireland. I am not sure I'll be able to afford any more replacement pads at that cost. If you could deliver to Ireland it would make a huge difference.

Vacuum does as it says. Very good at cleaning. Dirt box not very large and it cannot stand up on its own. It has to be folded down. This wasn't made clear. Saying that I highly recommend th is a vacuum.

The buffing pads arrived quickly and as described BUT the Velcro plates don’t fit model 169. The correct plates are not on the website.

Bought thru Amazon. As I added water to the chamber using a jug it was pouring out of the bottom and running across kitchen floor. Unfortunately I have been ill with sepsis since purchase and just got around to using it. pointless

tried to order a hepa filter from ewebank online but the website shows the picture of the wrong filter .Customer services would not believe me . I let them talk me into buying one on the off chance part delivered might me correct but it was wrong . Cust services again and they still insisted it was right and would not listen to me . eventually spoke to an engineer who sent me the correct part some weeks later . Guess what just checked the official website and you are failing every customer still as you have not updated picture for the correct part for my hoover so noboby can order the main filter for a motionless hoover . Thats why you would get zero stars from me . Shame as hoover itself is great
