The steamer worked for 8 uses and since no steam comes out. I have replaced the plug for the water and still not working.

The item arrived quickly and was well packaged and protected. Easily assembled, it is ideal for a quick tidy up when I don’t want to drag out the large vacuum cleaner. Would certainly recommend this sweeper for the in between vacuum sessions.

Evo3 Multi Surface Manual Sweeper - was impressed at first but after a month get tired of all the dirt falling out when you drag it backwards on carpet too quickly - design flaw, but not as bad as flaw that handle constantly comes apart from poor plastic joiners. Ridiculous. Doesn't even stand upright properly. Very irritating, ruining great concept - basic improvements needed.

Customer service Lady was à most helpfull Angel and even went on a hike to the warehouse mission to get me some tech / size info on the cleaning discs.. plus helped me in everything that i asked about plus had a cute voice 😉 Following the good customer service review I received the polish cleaner which after 1 hrs use overheated and died ..following numerous emails to ewbank service I have been told that as I use the polish cleaner abroad that the warranty is invalid which I find to be of absolute 💯 utter nonsense and discrimination so boooo and 1 Star 🌟 to ewservice or whoever gave the crappy, degusting, discriminatory what I consider to be an invalid decision .. be Warned all people who live abroad 😵

I love it! I've used it today for the 1st time on my porcelain kitchen tiles which are a light grey wood affect and the grout is very light,you can imagine how dirty it gets. I used the black scrubby brushes and it's come up so clean. Haven't used the polishing or buffer yet on my wood floors, I need to get some wax/polish. But very impressed with how compact it is and very easy to manoeuvre.
