Had to order a replacement bit as my hubby broke the original bit. Actually thought the steamer was not going to be of any use so pleasantly surprised to know you did do replacement bits.

Light in weight which helps me a lot. Rugs and full carpet upstairs. So easy to use.

This item was surprisingly the same price as Amazon but I didn't have to pay postage and packing. Ordering was very straightforward and I was impressed with how quick I received the package. The only minor downside was the carrier as I wasn't able to have it delivered to a safe place in my porch. Fortunately I had just arrived home and he was a very polite delivery man.

Very pleased with the qualify of the scrubber/polisher. It has tackled an extremely dirty terracotta floor which was stained with the remains of the rubber backing of a carpet. Took two scrubs but is looking very much better. Will be giving a polish next.

The polish gives a good shine without being slippery. For the actual machine I would have expected to be able to apply more pressure to polish better the heavy traffic areas. Since giving a second buffing I’m much happier with the appearance.
